History
Nao was considered the least valuable child between him and his older sisters. As such, his parents focused more of the girls and they left Nao with a nanny. They also ignore him whenever they were at home. At first, this disheartened Nao but he grew to forget them and began distancing himself from them as well. He would hang out with his sisters when he was younger but both of them moved out by the time they reached adulthood. Additionally, he barely made it into college with his grades.
While walking around the streets one day, he was scouted for his looks to become a model. However, he entered the wrong building and auditioned for a role in a film instead. He passed without ever realizing this mistake and quickly grew in popularity. After learning about his success, his parents wanted to rekindle their relationship with him. Offended by this, he moved out of the house and took his nanny with him, cutting all ties with his parents.

Young Nao got lost, wandered into a poor neighborhood, and stumbles upon Xinzhi's house. The other boy took it upon himself to walk him back home even though he wasn't given any directions or address but solely based on how lavish Nao's clothes were. They reunite with each other while Xinzhi attended college and Nao instantly became enthralled by the other, much to his annoyance. Due to the difference in wealth, Xinzhi only agreed to dating after he got a decent paying job.

Olga was hired to be Nao's personal caretaker ever since he was a baby. During her times at the Toshiyuki mannor, she pitied him. She tried her hardest to give him as much attention as he wanted, gave him as much love as he needed, and treated him like the child that she never got the chance of having. As a result of being with him for so long, she is able to read his emotions well despite the smile that is constantly plastered on his face. So when the day that Nao came to her and asked her to move in with him, far away from his parents, she could only chuckle proudly and accept the offer.

These two clicked almost instantly after finding each other in an arcade. Nao was amazed by the flashy gacha animation and the two spent all day wasting money. Afterwards, they hang out whenever they're free with Nao getting invited over to the Aliferous building much to Jiwoon's excitement.
Mikado

They are neighbors and Nao often visits Mikado for the desserts she makes. His nanny would scold both Nao and Mikado for giving him too many sweets but they are amicable with one another. She is like a second parent figure to him.
