Bo Stubbs is Toby's dad, an orange tabby.

Bo decided that he didn't like the way cities were being built and felt everything was unfair and unsafe to raise a family in, so he wanted to create his own town from the ground up.

Bo was never an official elected official - meaning he was more honorary than anything. He never got a name on the map, nor a town budget from the government: meaning he had to work extra hard to come up with funds for the town. He was busy and tired a lot of the time, but still tried to make time for his family.

He was a strong man who survived more than he should've and died before he could see his town ever come to fruition.
