PERSONALITY

Jude embodies many traits associated with artist types. She’s outspoken, adventurous and a bit of a flake when it comes to committing to anything-be it a person or project. She stumbled into her current line of work after a very, very long series of other odd jobs. However, despite some of her aloof aura, Jude is a lot of fun to hang out with. Always looking to try something new, she’s an avid risk taker and will enthusiastically cheer you on to do the same. However, while she’s willing to try a lot of things once, she’s very hesitant to lock herself down to anything. She changes apartments, social circles, projects and partners very quickly and still hasn’t quite figured out who she’d like to be when she grows up.

In all-Jude is an exciting, personable and creative individual who prides herself on her independence and all around ‘good vibes’. /p>

RELATIONSHIPS

ALEX CALDWELL | Coworker Jude gets a kick out of teasing her coworker, as Alex’s competitive nature makes her incredibly easy to rile up. The pair have an ongoing game, keeping tally on who’s work gets on the front page of their newspaper more often. Despite their rivalry, Jude genuinely respects Alex’s dedication and skills as a journalist and the two are comfortable talking in friendly contexts. While she wouldn’t admit it, she looks up to Alex’s work. Jude’s playful bullying is in earnest just a ploy to get her attention. When Alex grows reclusive and obsessive in the wake of her brother’s death, Jude is forced to realize she actually cares about her coworker and begins to follow after her in attempts to pull Alex back to reality.

ATTICUS CALDWELL | Distant Acquaintance When Alex began bringing up getting reacquainted her brother Jude was quick to encourage her. Atticus sounded like a nice guy from afar and Jude found it a bit fun to learn more about Alex’s family second hand. However, in the wake of his death Jude can’t help but feel guilty for encouraging Alex to get involved, and some of the details coming out about the guy have been a little bit damning.

MATTHEW VALEREZ | Murder Suspect Matthew definitely seems suspicious in the wake of Atticus’s death. Jude’s most hung up on the fact he was the last person confirmed to see the man alive. However, Jude holds a lot more doubt about the shy man’s capacity for killing than Alex. She’s rather unsure of him.

ROBERT DENERON | Murder Suspect Robert seems like the most solid suspect in the murder. He has a lot of motive but he also has a very solid alibi. If Robert didn’t commit the murder Jude’s pretty sure he might know who did.

LAVINIA BATES | Murder Suspect Lavinia’s pretty nice but Jude’s unwilling to rule her out of the murder equation. She has a more shaky alibi than Robert, and still a pretty decent amount of motive to kill Atticus if Dr.Valerez is telling the truth. Jude’s fairly irritated with Alex’s apparent trust of Lavinia.
