Ven

 Ven is an Elxin with two present identities that he carefully hides, his joint spirits seemingly fractured with each other: one is a calm, collected and smug fellow that works as a type of academic, collecting all information where seen fit from other worlds and time. Such a hard worker is he that he was invited onto a spot in the High Elxin Council, a prestigious, immensely powerful and elite inner-working of the Elxin government.

The other identity is the spirit who harvests this information without remorse, often going against what the Council expects of Ven's work, finding little enjoyable other than causing chaos and strife for his joined other half within him. It is commonplace for most Elxin to take the work of siphoning off other species to assimilate or eradicate completely, but there are (vague and nebulous) rules to how it is done as an important historian, which Ven constantly breaks.

Ven does not fight himself or his impulses, knowing fully well how dangerous this game he plays with his position. He is important, but crossing lines and reveling in the madness he leaves behind in secret is far more satisfying than being cooperative. The worst that would happen to him for punishment from the Council is to be torn asunder and left without powers-- and by then surely he would forget all his issues and start anew.
He obviously holds little fear, pity, or sympathy for anyone and anything, including himself. He is aware that he is nothing more than a spiteful evil creature.

• Traits: Homochromic pupils (legendary), common hooves
• Due to how thin he is, he tends to run cold even with all his body fur. It's not uncommon to see him in many layers of clothing
• He is incredibly picky when it comes to his 'romantic' endeavors and will often change his mind on someone's attractiveness at the drop of a hat/without provocation (and can be quite openly cruel about it, naturally)
