Mylo

 Mylo is a bit of an anomaly among Elxin, dividing his endless amount of time between work and his various forms of play. He is a seemingly goofy type of Elder, more interested in 'pitiful' mortal lifeforms and how they go about their existences, rather than ending worlds for whatever a lucid Elxin may deem foolish, as they often do...

He is aware that he is allowed to stay on the sacred Council (something akin to a roundtable of Judges of the Universe) only due to his astounding powers. Most other Elxin seek him out just for advice on shapeshifting methods, rather than requesting guidance on 'more important' duties.
Even when working, Mylo can be the odd-one-out, suggesting small-scale destruction rather than complete elimination and domination of a mortal world. He may be kinder than your average Elxin, but he still cannot ignore the call of being a galaxy-wide despot.
Most of the time he traverses worlds, he is causing mayhem and grief, albeit with sinister cheeriness.

• He is a master shapeshifter, so almost everything about his form can be changed with his powers-- the only thing he can't disguise are his actual pupil colors (the sclera and irises can be changed, though, for instance)
• Mylo has the ability to change his height, and often takes on gigantic, monstrous forms when traversing the galaxy (mostly for safety's sake)
• Favorite type of mortals to toy with are the ones that question if he is a prophet or an angel, to which he roleplays along with in glee
• I have no actual purpose of keeping this on his page, but it honestly is the truth and nothing will come close to summing Mylo up like this statement: "If Dennis the Menace was a sparkledog, honestly"
