History: Emerald was originally going to be sold down south with a few other dogs when the truck got into an accident. The dogs made it out ok but they definitely weren't going to be able to go home to the Diamond Devil Kennel now.
She and the others became strays, coming across Curiosity and her old sled team who were still connected to their sled.
They took the husky in and did their best to survive till they found Slate and joined her.
