General Brione Nailo, a former soldier among the ranks of the Eight of the kingdom known as Orellya. A kingdom with a large, powerful militia however failing in its treatment of its people. The queen isn’t rightful to the throne, and having learned this secret, Brione makes it her goal to overthrow the “queen.” However, it fails on her end. She chose to run, and now she’s found herself donning a new identity, “Noé,” in another unfamiliar kingdom.

When she was born, her home kingdom Orellya was a completely different place. It was a peaceful system, a thriving government and rulers that cared for its people no matter what class they were. Sadly, Noé was too young to have any recollection of this, now it is only told of in faraway places. In her infancy was the occurrence of a Great War between nations, and in the midst a greedy woman named Amaranthe and her people stormed in to the peaceful kingdom. She wanted that land for herself, she’d do anything to have it. The woman and her people were strong and barbarous enough to wipe out the entire system just to they could take over themselves. They made sure the work was done one hundred percent, at least that’s what they thought. They hadn’t known that an infant belonging to one of the noble families was saved in the process by one of the men that was soft-hearted enough to at least save a baby from being slaughtered. Thea Holimion was her name at birth, though for protection reasons, the man wanted to give her the second name of Brione Nailo as he took her in.

The man that raised her, Velaris, worked as a guard for the royal army himself. However, he found himself in an unfortunate situation most of his life, so he was considered to be in the lower class. Not having much money for neither himself or his newly adopted daughter was rough for the man, but he still wanted to give this poor girl a home. She was rather rowdy, too many times did she almost get herself into trouble with how she acted so he had to try twice as hard to get her to behave. As she grew up, she learned how to keep it more on the down low as she was always wanting to snoop around the ruins their run down house was settled by for entertainment. They were hard to get into and she knew she wasn’t supposed to go in there, but she was little enough to get herself inside anyway. Those specific ruins were blocked off the way they were because they’d held evidence of the previous kingdom that once existed there. After trespassing and digging into things within those ruins, younger Noé was able to find out not only about the former kingdom but also her own former family.

Within those ruins did she find out about the five royal families that ruled the previous kingdom. The one called Holimion caught her eye, and while rummaging through items, a fairly old spell book found its way into her hands. She knew next to nothing of what it was except that there were funky drawings and weird descriptions and diagrams in the pages, and the front of it had a nameplate that said “Noé Holimion.” Out of curiosity, she snuck it out with her so she could show it to Velaris. Upon seeing it, he scolded her for snooping around where she shouldn’t be, but at the same time he knew it was time to tell her. That day, she’d found out about her family and what happened by Amaranthe’s hands, and Velaris’ old plan to overthrow her. He’d told young Noé that he wanted to give her army training in hopes she would enter and continue on his vision of revealing Amaranthe’s true colors. To his surprise, she accepted this, and she wanted to try her best to step up too. Though, being under 100 years old as an elf, she was still considered somewhat of a child. It took a long time of gruesome training for young Noé for her to even be seen to start moving upward. She’d seemed to have great talent the more she improved, and just as she and Velaris wanted it, she was noticed by Queen Amaranthe herself. She’d found herself taking a place among the highest ranking generals, they were known as the Eight. It was exactly how she wanted it to go, to feign that loyalty to get closest to the queen.

Noé planned everything accordingly, although the span of time was very long. She didn’t want to jump into things too quickly, so she took her time getting along with the other Eight and even other high ranking people. Perhaps the lady enjoyed what downtime she got at fancy parties and whatnot, only there to guard the higher ups but still allowed to entertain at least a little. To her, though, she’d be doing dirty work on the down low. She had plans to rid of Amaranthe’s closest supporters and strengths in order to weaken her and go right for her when the time came. Noé was sure she was getting away with it, but not quite, as the higher commander of the Eight, Evelin, had been onto her the whole time. Noé to this day is still unsure why Evelin hadn’t done something sooner being Amaranthe’s little lover, but perhaps she was thankful Evelin let it come as far as it did.

A big day rolls around, and Amaranthe was to play a big part in it. Noé was calculating perfectly, at that time it was finally time she’d face the queen. Right on her tail was Evelin, however, prepared to stop any threat that she knew was going to happen. She came so close to taking Amaranthe’s life before she was caught, Evelin and the other six generals stopping her right then and there. Having barely any time, Noé was able to make a run for it before she was in for her execution for attempting to murder the queen. She ran from the generals, her life truly depending on it in that moment, she just barely makes it far enough outside of the kingdom’s territory. To be safe, she hid for a while until they went back in a panic for search teams, or anything of the sort. Only then did she realize she’d had no food to keep her starving, and there was no way she would be able to walk back within those walls safely after having wounded the queen. The only decision left for her was to keep running, eventually leading to her collapsing in the middle of nowhere, at least that’s what she had thought. She’d barely heard it, but a guard from another kingdom was calling to her and rushing to her. Wanting it to be for help, she couldn’t hold on any longer so she instead had fainted within the guard’s hold. When she awoke, she’d found herself in the cell of a putrid smelling dungeon underneath a place called the Ex Station. [WIP]

  • Noé’s family members were skilled wizards honing powers of frost and ice. Typically, it skips generations through the bloodline so not all were able to master this. Luckily, she receives it.
  • She’s had a few different names in her lifetime so far; Thea Holimion at birth, Brione Nailo by her caretaker, and Noé Holimion after fleeing her kingdom.
  • To hopefully hide her identity a little more in the unfamiliar kingdom, she colors her naturally white hair. The presence of blue freckles littering her pale skin could inevitably be noticeable to anyone who met her in Orellya.
  • She is not used to wearing fancy, flowy dresses. As a top general, she had no time to indulge in feminine things such as dressing up often. There were a few times she got to go to royal parties, but even then did she still have to dress in more of her general attire.
  • Having no experience in a relationship with another person, she seems to be rather touch starved with anyone around. She’s rather embarrassed by it sometimes.
  • Despite having a cold and assertive demeanor, she’s a bit of a softie in private. Of course, she never got the chance to let the mean facade down when she was with the royal army. It leaves her personality to be rather contradictory and a little confusing to others.
  • Although she’s primarily a magic user as her class is a Wizard, she was given a sword by her caretaker Velaris for her army duties. The name he gave to her is engraved within its hilt.

 NIro - complicated/Lover
To Noé, Niro was always rather intriguing. He seemed to have an eye for her when they first met, and ever since then it has lead to them sneaking out. Things took quite a turn when Noé takes a chance upon his “services,” therefore making them form a strictly sexual relationship. Unfortunately for Noé, she can’t help but feel for the man, and maybe just maybe Niro strangely feels like he wants to return that same feeling.

 Elayen - Friend
Meeting in the dungeon of the unfamiliar kingdom, Elayen was all Noé had by her side at the time. Their bond was growing strong still, Noé was finding that she could trust the man. Unfortunately, his time came to end all too quickly. Noé is hurt by it, and to remember him by, she has kept close a single feather of his that she managed to find, just like the others in the group did in the aftermath of his final battle.

 Opal - Friend
Noé thinks Opal is rather cute being that she towers over the little fairy. She’s not sure how to feel about Opal’s rather chaotic and energetic energy. However, Noé finds her to be very amusing so she supposes it doesn’t hurt to stick around as her friend.

 Evelin - Complicated
The relationship between Evelin and Noé is quite bumpy. They seemed to be buddy buddy when all was okay with Noé and the Eight. During guarding high class events together, they’d be by each other for company. Noé was surprisingly even supportive of Evelin’s pursuing of a relationship with their queen Amaranthe. Of course, it all turned downhill when Noé betrays the crown. They won’t see each other again until a mission is given by the Ex Station to kill Amaranthe for attacking their kingdom. Perhaps Noé and Evelin can agree to make up again, but Evelin is unsure of how to feel after Noé succeeds in killing her lover…
