Miya is a carefree and curious soul with a strong desire to see the world. She finds it hard to keep still and focused, and tends to live in the moment rather than plan ahead. She was dragged to hell after losing a bet with some devils, though still managed to claw her way back to the material plane.

Miya stands at about 6'3" (7' including horns), with red skin and bright yellow markings along her back and udner her eyes. Her eyes are a similar bright yellow with a soft glow and slitted pupils. She has a tattoo of her handprint on her chest, which has been scarred through the centre and almost looks shattered with golden cracks. She wears a black wooden oni mask with golden teeth, matching with her earrings and horn caps. She wears a dark leather coat that exposes cartilage plating on her shoulders, as well as heavy boots and harnesses, her turtleneck being sleeveless and cropped at the waist. Her boots are magic and have licks of flames along the surface.

Miya is very carefree and happy-go-lucky, as well as somewhat odd. She often says anything that comes to mind, and a lto of the time they tend to be some very... interesting observations. Underneath her carefree exterior is someone who's quite insecure and uncertain of herself, and freezes up when she's placed in combat situations on her own. She's also inherited a streak of brutality from her time in Hell, and feels shes not the same person she once was- grappling with the fact months of torture has affected her mind as well as her body.

Miya was born in a small farming community by the mountains, her parents being particularly rich and influential in their area, with the largest plot of land and largest harvests. Her father passed away from an illness while she was very young, so she was mostly raised by her single mother. When she was around seven, her mother brought home a new man, who was outwardly nonplussed by Miya's presence as a tiefling. After the mysterious death of ehr mother, and some shady paperwork that led to her step-father inheriting the profitable family farm, Miya saw no choice but to evenutally escape. She found herself living on the streets a few towns over for a few years, until she was taken in by the local monastery, who helped her tame her anger and taught her self defense, as well as accepting her into their fold. While Miya grew to love her new family, she felt like she needed to adventure, and so one day said her goodbyes and took off to explore the world around her. On her first quest, Miya found herself and a friend killed y a succubus, but was soon returned back to life. This experience has led to her not fearing death and becoming reckless, which played a part in the reason she died again and went to Hell.
