Cirra is brash, loud, and ecentric - she makes a scene and is always in the latest fashion trends. She accentuates her look with gold jewelry and the best boots she can find.

Early Career

Cirra was born into a regular Octarian family - two wonderful mothers and a good home life. She was never top of the class, but far from the bottom - she excelled at all subjects from a young age, but was never the star of the class. She was fine with this and lived most of her life in a similar fashion. Learn, obey, grow, fight.

When she came of age, she readily stepped into an entry level position as a soldier and lived her life as she always had. It wasn't that she didn't want to do better, to be the star, but all of her efforts only landed her as 'good'. She wasn't sure why this was the case, but her mothers were proud of her all the same. She made friends, went up the ranks, and soon found a passion for weapons. She wasn't good with long-range, but give her a weapon where she was in another's face and she always gained the upper hand.

When Elite selection came along, Cirra unfortunately did what she did best - coming in second place. An E-liter ended up besting her - no matter what Cirra did, she couldn't get close enough to do anything to the other. She scored high in other areas but there were higher scoring participants that were accepted into the Elite training program. She was told she did well, that it was a rough choice, but she knew that wasn't the case deep down.

Time went by, with Cirra slowly but surely making her way up the ranks. She only seemed to grow stronger with age, her focus always on making her family and the Octarians proud. She was nearing a mandatory evaluation due to her age when an opportunity arose - a new weapon in the works provided a chance to have the honor of being a back-up dancer. The weapon was a DJ who would be set to fight the Squidbeak Splatoon agents and would need their abilities and expertise to do so. Cirra applied immediately, delaying her evaluation indefinitely without realizing so. She was brought on as a back-up dancer for the DJ, the new Octarian weapon, along with three other Octarians she knew to different degrees.

The role would change her course for good and, in the end, for the better.

Inkopolis

Inkopolis was almost painfully overwhelming and exciting all at the same time for Cirra. Adjusting took some time and learning Inklish took even longer - but she found Inklings to be nothing like what she was taught.

Cirra dug into every bit of media she could get her hands on, absorbing information, learning, growing, and taking in the world around her. Things were so different out here - sunsets, seasons, cloudy days, rainy days...and the food. She was immediately enamored by the foods of the city as well as the fashion.

Current Life

Moving to Splatsville was just the natural flow of things for Cirra, an octoling that went for everything and anything new on the scene. She is still as active as ever, if not more, as her confidence has grown ten-fold since she first ventured out of Octarian territory. She heads a fashion blog, documenting new styles and daring new takes on the streets of Splatsville - photographing and interviewing those who catch her eye. Cirra is very much into fashion, food, and the newest music that hits the internet. She can be found often in Splatsville, especially during Splatfests, sitting and enjoying the music and food of the festivities.

• While initially more of a background character, she's quickly worked her way into my favorites.
• She is a social cigarette smoker, but hates the smell/feel of marijuana.
• Cirra is constantly changing her look and rotating her closet around to be as fresh as can be.
• Her apartment is in Splatsville, just off the plaza - she unfortunately can't see Splatfests from her window.
