Hisayo's Links
A traveler who had visited the forest many times before, often seen writing in a large book or collecting several surrounding plant samples.
Eventually, Hisayo had conversed with the lady enough to have become a good acquaintance, or even a friend. How nice :)
Yvonne treats her daughter kindly, and she liked watching the two play games together. She’s even recently brought her own child to come play. However, there was often a sad look in the elf lady’s eyes, one that she could not quite understand.
Hisayo’s presence was at first quite alarming, and Yvonne did her best not to do anything to offend the spirit. She was, after all, a guest in the forests of Inazuma.
She came to know the lady has being quite courteous and understanding, even being so generous as to answer some questions she had been researching. Hisayo was very happy to introduce her daughter too, who was very shy and sweet.
Despite even treating Flax very kindly, Yvonne is sure to remind herself not to get too comfortable with the woman, and cannot help but feel very sad thinking about what the souls have gone through to be here now.
The young girl with a strange glass contraption on her back was one of the sweetest, most memorable travelers Hisayo had ever encountered. The young child had been conversing with one of the more mischievous yokai of the forest, whom Hisayo disliked. Hisayo could tell that it was planning on tricking the poor girl, and ended up swooping in to take her away. Surprisingly, the three of them (Hirari, the creature and herself,) were calmed down and provided with a feast. Even the other yokai showed up to meet her.
Hirari was also happy to see that Damyan was a good influence on her daughter, who was able to socialize and express herself more. When Damyan returns to Inazuma, she’d be sure to return the favor. Truly, this young girl was a much needed brightness that the yokai needed— and one that strangely, seemed quite different compared to other humans she’d met before.
Perhaps it is because Damyan is a so-called “ghost guide,” she had the good sense not to mention this fact to the lady when they first met. Damyan’s bright greetings were not much different from when she’d meet others, but it was likely her intuition telling her that she shouldn't be so curious about this specific soul. She found herself being much more quiet around Hisayo, not out of fear, but because of the somewhat peaceful aura she exudes.
Her first impression of Hisayo was of a soft, misty evening— one that could very well become stormy if anything were to go wrong. Even though it is usually Damyan asking questions, this time, she let herself be the one to answer them instead. Somehow, this lady made her feel protected and safe, like a motherly figure she’d never had. She didn’t know what happened to the lady exactly, but even a child such as herself could tell it was a tragic story. Surely, she has a reason for sticking around on this side, unable to leave.
Someone hold her back before she smites that umbrella…
In other circumstances, perhaps the two ladies would have gotten along over a nice cup of tea. After holding back politely after a few rude comments for her daughter’s sake, Hisayo went berserk— not attacking, but destroying a bit of the wildlife near where Inami and Kasa stood.
Now, whenever Hisayo spies Inami and Kasa from a distance, she disappears again, not wanting to engage or be seen.
“Dumb lady who doesn’t realise she’s dead. *wheeze* She’s even playing house with a doll!” It wasn’t the first time Kasa had blurted out something bluntly like that, much less in the middle of an otherwise peaceful conversation between Inami and Hisayo. Inami already had her suspicions about Hiasyo’s appearance, so hearing confirmation from Kasa put her more on guard. No one would exactly be happy if they heard that, it wasn’t a surprise that Hisayo turned hostile on them. It is at least reassuring that Kasa was a decent shield.
“How cute!” was Hisayo’s first impression upon seeing Yuzu. She became aware of this little lost child a while back, unknowingly becoming quite used to seeing her give offerings and clean up abandoned shrines. How responsible of her! Though she is certain the child could handle herself, Hisayo shoos away bad humans or evil spirits in the vicinity that could potentially disturb the girl and her duties.
Once in a while she says a gentle greeting, holding Yuzu’s hand for a bit before fading away. She even introduced Hirari to her, who surprisingly wanted to be play and held and rocked by the child.
Hisayo wonders what Yuzu is up to now. At any rate, she hopes the girl is scavenging her fruit safely.

Sensing Flax’s gentle nature, Hisayo is sure he’d make a good friend to her daughter. Aware that he is a cautious soul, she’s sure to be extra careful herself, not wanting him to be scared off.
One of the few spirits that did not regard Flax with hostility. In fact, she seemed to be very kind to him, even introducing him to her child, whom Flax would play and run (hop) around with.
“Would you like to go find some travellers in the forest with me?”
At first welcomed Ika as friendly as she always does to a new face, but generally grew more wary of him since Hirari doesn’t seem to like the guy…
“Your daughter?? Awwww sooooooo cute (but I am cuter).”
