About
Lotte is one of the main party members in The Story. She is one of the owners of the food shack Kanahanui Ku'ai in Nata De Coco Harbor, alongside her brother Lorenzo. She and her brother both belong to a race called the Tigrinians, who are known to possess superhuman reflexes. After the Tower Event that caused her family food shack to close down, Lotte leaves the harbor to join Shota and Jack on their journey.
Lotte is described to have a keen sense of smell, to the point where she can detect malicious intent. Despite this, Lotte is generally a lively, carefree and trusting person who is easy to get along with. However, she can be very strongwilled and stubborn about things she cares deeply about. This, coupled with her childish nature, causes others to give in to her most of the time. Lotte is also friends with the dubious Tricky, having met during their high school days, but has never met Penrith.

Backstory
Lotte was originally born and raised in Typhadum, a now abandoned village where the Great Purge took place. After successfully escaping the forest fires from the Great Purge, Lotte moved to Nata De Coco Harbor with her foster grandmother and brother Lorenzo, where they settled down and opened the foodshack Kahananui Ku'ai. She works as a delivery girl and server at the foodshack, regularly sending fresh seafood to their customers. In The Story, Lotte meets Shota and Jack during their fierce encounter with Guardia, the Nata De Coco Ocean undine who controlled the seas.

"Shorty huh... Well, he's kinda like an annoying brother who thinks he's always right. He's older than me, sure, but I don't really feel it, since he's like a kid sometimes."
What I like "Shorty is fun to tease, because he gets angry easily. But, he also has a really soft side that you rarely see. I know that he's actually a nice person deep down. Maybe it's because he's so innocent, haha!"
