Penrith is a tall and lanky man with dark hair that covers one of his eyes. He is always seen wearing the same suit, which bears the mark of The Organization. He isn't very expressive, always bearing the same gloomy face. When attacking, Penrith utilizes psionic abilities to control Ice.

About
Penrith is one of the main antagonists of The Story, affiliated with The Organization, alongside Tricky, his beneficiary. Penrith is extremely loyal to The Organization, going to great lengths to achieve any objective that they have handed to him. He doesn't seem to age.
Penrith is shown to be ruthless and emotionless, killing off any affiliates of The Organization should they fail their mission. He holds a very monochromatic view of the world, seeing his fellow Organization members as dispensibles, as he does himself. He believes that doing so will help in self-preservation.

Penrith is supposedly Tricky's benefactor. He taught her how to use her powers when she was still at a very young age. The duo seems to have some kind of power imbalance.
