Personality n Stuff: Camilio is a shy but bright individual. Due to his bipolar disorder and anxiety as well as his general social awkwardness he can be difficult to communicate with. During times when his mental health is on the upswing his intelligence really shines through, though it is underutilized by those around him as he's regularly locked alone in a single room all day until he's needed for the next task or experiment. Thankfully he has been given access to a decent supply of books; mostly old ones left behind by the various scientists that constantly flow through the facility. These help occupy his time. He is very observatant and will always blurt out unessecary facts and try to info-dump onto other people, escpecially if they are listening. He will become very clingy to anyone who does listen to him for more than a few minutes and not let them leave until forced to.

It is very difficult for him to transform into his dragon form, even as an adult, he very rarely changes into it. In his dragon form he is often more aggressive and unresponsive due to a lack of control and cognitive ability while using it. He must be forced to change into it as he is never willing to. Sometimes he may be fully cognizant when in dragon form, but often loses memory of events that occur during its use once he returns to his human form.
