Very intellectual individual, he works as an attorney and is a temperamental opposite and rival to Yethro Yui. Unlike the loud-mouthed Yui, Teo is much more reserved and soft, calculated, and even seemingly emotionally detached. Occasionally holds seminars on law too, works at the same uni as Levi the legless salamander.

He can stick to walls and climb them, like the rest of his species, he doesn't need to grip all the way around objects, like coffee cups, to hold them.

Sometimes the victim of cartoon slapstick too. Likes to sleep shirtless.
