Velo-C-Raptor the Sly

A slippery tricky fiend, faster than even sound!

Velo is a rather intelligent, cunning Avian exo-villain. Friend of Tyrannosaurus Wrecks, together they form the Jurassic Jerks!

She's an amputee and has specially designed bionic legs that give her super speed! The power source is in her backpack, and it also includes an energy shield emitter that protects her from air friction and cushions impacts at those velocities. She goes subsonic in cities to prevent shattered windows and unintended destruction, but her top speed is somewhere above sonic speed!

• Don't worry about the design of her cybernetic legs, even I find it difficult to give them a consistent design, so do whatever you like as long as it looks robotic and similar enough to the references.
