Dr. Diego Denys Deinochutus

= Backstory =

Dr Diego is an Avian who hatched with a rare genetic disorder that made him show ancestorial traits (short stature, big teeth, long-tail). He's started his own research field into palaeontology and its applications in biology/medicine.

He's also a founding member and part of the Research Department in the RPDS.

= Personality =

Diego cares about intelligence and intellect more than anything, he believes those qualified to rule are the smart minority (therefore he holds Avians and Saurians on a high pedestal, considering other species less important to the point they're expendable). He often takes bold decisions, emphasizing that the ends justify the means.

Despite looking like a primitive dinosaur, he's very curious and intelligent and picks up on subtle details and body language. He can use this to increase his charisma. While he means well, his means of getting what he wants aren't always that nice.

He's rather vain as well, caring deeply about how he looks --he even wears clear plastic glasses cause he thinks they make him look more attractive.

Likes: 

• being complimented on his smarts or looks

• intellectual victories over challengers
• being pampered
• blasters

Dislikes: 

• incompetent people being put in charge (any species that's not his own)
• losing, getting plans foiled [complains very loudly when it happens]
• being called out on being vain
• "normie" everyday cheap food

Phobias: 

• the dark
• ageing
• eventual death

= Powers =

While he doesn't have any supernatural powers, he's pretty small and agile, has got quick reaction time, and likes to use a laser blaster [see images for reference]. Not to mention he's got plenty of pet raptors.

*usually wears his head plucked but occasionally grows out feathers and ties them in a ponytail [see images]

Diego in particular loves ponytails and fancy clothes, but finds it difficult to wear sleeves cause of the wings. Shoes are also impossible with the giant claws.
