Vanishing Act: Tempestuous Magic
After casting a spell, Morgann can tap into the well of elemental magic flowing within her, and fly ten feet into the air without provoking attacks from her enemies. As long as she continues to use her spells, she can further increase her flight time. It's useful, being able to fly ten feet at will--it can get you out of some pretty dicey situations, and hide you in places no one thinks to look.
Witches Brewing Storm: Control Air and Water
With her level of expertise, Morgann can cast three spell at once by calling on the powers within her. These spells are Fog Cloud, Gust, and Wall of Water. These spells can only be combined if using this ability, otherwise she will have to cast them on their own. It takes a lot out of her, so she can only use it once a day--but its a powerful tool for obscuring her getaways...
Clean Getaway: Misty Step
A pattented move from the renowned phantom thief, Folie A. Deux. Tapping into the magic within her, she can summon misty clouds to obscure her form--allowing her to teleport 30ft away from her previous location--as long as she can see it from her current vantage point. This ability has helped her tons of times, and at the sight of danger, she won't hesitate to use it.
