Sugar, spice, and a dash of ranch dressing. One night, through an accidental mixture of chemicals and DNA, Andante Mercy was born to two recovering supervillains.
A strange amalgam of science, Andante is a lively and energetic lifeform of a strange, indeterminate matter. Social and a bit on the mischevious side, he runs his own personal food truck of terrible food ands amazing ice creams. He's been banned from multiple locales, chased out of some towns and might have a bit of a history with, you know, prison. But he's not bad, honest! Just a simple blob looking to make a simple, good living.

Thoughts of Burger (Telepathy)
Adding to his mysterious nature, Dante is telepathic. With a range of 60 feet, Dante can peer into the minds of others, speak to them, and implant thoughts of his own, if he so chooses. He could use this for evil, but instead he uses it to make passersby REALLY hungry for a burger...and a food truck is right there...
Born of Ranch Dressing
Dante's body is made up of a strange, rubbery matter. He's bouncy, stretchy, and can shrink in size to suit his mood. His unique genetic makeup makes him resistant to necrotic damage, allows him to see in the dark, and he can utilize his "ponytail" to do martial attacks on opponents. He wears tight clothing to keep his body contained into one shape, his natural form being much smaller and rounder.
Slip n' Slide Special TURBO
Because of his not-so-solid state of existence, Dante is able to stretch and manuever around attacks that would otherwise hit him. When he is in the midst of an attack, he can easily disengage from an opponent and raise his speed by 10ft. When the going gets tough, the Dante gets Dashing, and he's just so hard to hit when he's on the move!

Alto Mercy [ Papa ]
Dante's beloved papa!!! Alto greatly helped shape Dante's life, teaching him to read, to speak, all in such a short time! He's incredibly close with him, and contacts him almost daily. His papa's happiness and peace of mind are incredibly important to Dante. After a certain event put a lot of stress on him, Dante has made it his mission to make his papa proud with a good, honest living.
Dante gets his social graces, love of music and extroverted nature from him. He also inherits Alto's strong ties to family, and thick or thin, Dante will stick with those he loves to the end.
Jettison Hawk [ Dad ]
Dante's dad! While not as openly affectionate as Alto, Dante knows Jet loves him. He's kept him safe, taken care of him and put his own neck on the line for him during a very stressful turn of events. There's no doubt to Dante that Jet cares, and Dante wants him to be happy above all else. That, and he wants him to be proud of him. He'll make a good living, and not cause trouble for his parents anymore.
Dante gets his strong sense of loyalty, interest in baking and one-track mind from him. Just like his father, when Dante's got something in his head, it's to shake him out of it. For better or for worse.
