Dmitri Ilych's Links
I feel like I'm too young and inexperienced to raise a child, but I couldn't be more happy and grateful to have her in my life.
Dmitri's my new papa now, and he's the best~
I don't know where I'd be or what I'd do without him. General Zevernelt left the faction in such disarray and never instructed me on any of the protocol or anything. Garren was always kind enough to help me through it and pick up the slack, even now that I've been suddenly thrust into this position of authority.
Oh, poor kid... He didn't do anything to deserve all the crap this line of work throws at him. I've been down the same road long ago, so the least I can do is help him through all this. I wish I would've had someone doing the same for me back then, but Dmitri's a good kid, unlike me when I was an arrogant asshole freshly drafted. He deserves all the help he can get.
Um... Ista is... uh... I think I have some paperwork I need to get to.
Dmitri, sweet guy. Of course he gets put in charge of the train wreck General Zevernelt left his faction in before bailing out with half their members. All these Generals' stories keep getting crazier every time they promote a new one... I do what I can to help him along. He deserves a break, especially when he has a darling little daughter to take care of too.
I almost cost him his life, and I'll do anything to earn his trust back. There's no one in my faction I can rely on like him, and I'm honored to have him as my second in command.
General Ilych is always too hard on himself, and he really needs to get more sleep. I try and handle any work for him if possible to lessen the load when I can. It's the least I can do. I don't know what he's always beating himself up about, I trust him unconditionally.
*sigh* Zevernelt sure gave me a lot of headaches, but I guess it all makes sense now. He was screwing everything up so this place would be in ruins when he deserted. I can't really blame him, but I'm certainly not grateful for it...
Dmitri was a hard worker and more brilliant than he gave himself credit for, but he never seemed to care much for himself. If he did, then he would have deserted with the rest of us.
I'm surprised he would be willing to turn the other cheek considering the atrocities of the Enlightened... but I'm thankful for it. Mira and Kimi don't deserve to face any hatred for the things I've done... I can't imagine what I'd do if they were blamed too.
Yeah, we don't let Enlightened wander Emdrica, but I have no such rules against ex-Enlightened. I have a soft spot for angsty single dads anyway, so I'll give him all the help he needs. Those little girls of his shouldn't be punished for what their father did during the War.
I probably deserved it, so don't lose sleep over it.
Oh, yeah, about cutting off your hand... my bad.
I owe a lot to Cossack for helping keep this Faction together... He's the only other high ranked member of D.Z.L. that didn't follow Zevernelt. He's one of the most reliable members in the organization, and I couldn't imagine the impact on us all if he had chose to desert instead.
Dmitri's always been hard working, and even though he's not fond of being here like most others, it's obvious that he's loyal to his Faction and is a reliable leader. He could use a vacation though.
I'd almost wonder how dead Arth must be inside for him to just not be affected by any of this anymore, but honestly I'm only a few steps behind to getting to that point... I think we're both surprised I've managed to hold out this long at all, considering I've been here longer.
'Ah din't 'tink dat an'wan cou' git inta so ma' trouble, but Gen'ral Ilych alwa' man'ges ta su'prise us.
