About
Silkshadow knew she'd been born in the wrong body even before becoming an apprentice, with time the clan learned to accept her true self and Velvetquince was there to stand up for and comfort her older sister through everything.
The many challenges Silkshade faced proved time again her unwavered inner strenght and drive; despite the traumatic accident that disabled her she never slowed down phyiscally nor mentally and despite carrying the feeling of unjustice brought upon her by starclan all her life she never let doubt regarding her own abilities nor self worth get to her.
Personality
Always known for being remarkably sassy, confident and mischievous; Silkshade carried herself with an aura of unpredictable chaos. She'd always be ready with a witty reply or comment in any conversation, and she loved teasing and pestering anyone she cared for.
Her great confidence showed true to her skills as she was quick on her feet, agile and strong as well as highly intelligent and perceptive. She was known for being good at reading cats' intentions and feelings, especially when they were lying. It came to great use as well as being entertaining for her when she found out about Velvetquince's crush on Omensky.
Role
She always had a passion for herb and plants but no interest nor drive when it came to actually applying them for healing. The thrill of finding new ones and the overall study of their life cycle, differentiating species and so on is what truly brought her joy. Corvidclan's well structured role distribution allowed her to focus on gathering herbs for the healer cats.
Her braids would come to great use carrying lots of plants through difficult terrain and they also made her even more confident as she loved the look as well as being able to comfortably move with long fur. Velvetquince would always help braid them as they'd spend quality time together gossiping or venting; it was both their favourite time with eachother.

Velvetquince [ Sister ]
Even if she had her own unique ways of showing affection; Velvetsky was her everything and they'd do anything for eachother. Silkshade was never truly the same after losing her sister.
Licoricespeck [ Mother ]
Her mother was always accepting and loving of how she felt growing up, they supported each other through both the loss of Velvetquince and the tough battles their disabilities at times presented.
Omensky [ Aquantaince ]
After Velvetquince's passing she resented Omensky out of jealousy and guilt for not being the one by her sister's side in her final moments alive. They did reconcile eventually; sharing the sorrow and memories.
Flintwhisker [ Nemesis ]
She can't stand Flintwhisker's, to her, "obnoxious personality" and they often butt heads. They at least shared one common goal of getting Omensky and Velvetquince together.
Shadowfern [ Child ]
Wishing to be a mother later in life her beloved Shadowkit filled her world and heart with neverending love and joy. She passed down all of her passion for plants to him.
