Personality: Charmy is very shy around people she doesn't know, and finds it difficult to talk to strangers. Despite this, she is very kind. She dislikes fighting and conflict and tries her best to avoid those things. She tends to be a bit air-headed, but she means well.

Meta-History: Charmy was created in 2013 Charmy Apparently I really liked her simple design back in the day, probably because it was pink. I had decided that I was going to make her into a character, but I never used her again outside of her original concept picture. Thankfully I'm trying my best to revive old characters, including one-off OCs, so she gets to have a bio!
