Shiva

Personality: Shiva is a quiet, solemn character. Not a lot of people truly get to know Shiva, for they ever only appear whenever one feels the presence of discomfort, albeit physical, mental, perhaps psychological. They ARE the pain, and they are there to show that their imperfections are real. It exists, it will linger... till it returns to an equilibrium.

Shiva, under the surface, cherishes themselves as the embodiment of pain, for they believe that it is what makes them feel real. Alive. Living everything to the fullest. To avoid a life without pain, it is the concept of risk, which is true life. Life is not safe. To not experience it, are you even real? How will you learn and grow?

Shiva however... is somewhat of a masochist. They like to experience new things, and become more willing to try if the activity involves risk of getting hurt. They want to feel it first-hand of the consequences. It can be concerning, but it does not faze them in any way.

Abilities: Tolerance - Shiva can make individuals and themselves immune to physical pain and mental trauma. Those that are given this tolerance are marked by Shiva's symbols and halo, wrapped around a limb like a tattoo. They can make this ability last forever, or only be temporary, for which the "tattoo" fades.

Absorption/Siphoning - When an individual experiences some form of pain, Shiva can siphon the pain from the one that what inflicted, to remove it and feel it for themselves or harness it for other abilities of theirs. It can work like an anesthetic as Shiva can actively absorb the pain so the individual doesn't feel any.

Counter - Shiva can absorb one's attempt to harm Shiva's core sphere, as the hit reflects back onto the attacker, twice as strong. It is best not to hurt Shiva, if you don't want to get hurt yourself.

Pain Embodiment - Shiva uses the pain they had stored from others to strengthen their miscellaneous effects, to give to someone else or themselves (e.g. Shiva uses pain to make constructs out of their Idea magic, create aura around someone so people can feel their pain, etc.) They can manifest it into a tangible object, they were known for manifesting pain into relics, making them "cursed."

History: Shiva was not alive once — it was once an inanimate object, a part of the earth, a "small boulder" the size of a golf ball. The rock resided within the riverbeds, as it was drifted across the land known as Earth. What other organisms were alive, Shiva was pushed across the world, used as nesting material and other miscellaneous deeds. Though, it hid something within, just underneath its surface.

When consciousness was bestowed to the rock, it could not tell if it was truly alive. Till, the elements of the Earth struck it from its position off the ground. It was flung from the ground to hit the surface hard, it felt something. When the pain faded, it begged for it to come back. For years, waiting for the right moments, the world tossed and tumbled the rock, it began to feel alive. It began to develop its Idea, as the pain of the world inches closer, to reveal its true self underneath.

One faithful day, the wind pushed a little more, till the rock fell from an incredible height. Hitting the depths of a cave, the rock cracked open. Shiva was not an ordinary rock, but a rare black calcite geode, as the crystals glimmered from the sliver of its cracks. This is what it was, it felt free. It Actualized that day, emerging from its restrained, earthy shell and became Shiva.

Abstraction: Shiva's Abstraction is vast and empty with a single sphere in the middle. Touching the sphere encapsulated the Abstraction similar to a geode, as sharp black crystals glimmer in pillars. Its luster, shined ever so brilliantly.
