Idutlian
Overview
Idutlian is a tale as old as time. She is the Sage of Life, and has been around since before the Imprisoning War. After realising she had abilities to grow and heal life, she was given a Secret Stone, her abilities amplifying. She grows bountiful crops for towns and heals the sick and wounded. She is well loved, but also one of the few survivors of the war. Her life has been dictated by Ganon, and aiding his defeat is the only way to truly be free with the rest of her home, Hyrule.
Even with all the time in the world, sometimes it's not enough when you find out it's over. Cherish the moments you do get.

Trivia
- It's been so long that Idutlian has forgotten how many years she's been alive, and does not bother to find out.
- Her mask is a symbolism of her confidence. The more confident she is, the less she wears it. After the return of Ganon, she wears one 24/7, not removing it unless on Divine Beast Medoh, or until she feels the powers of the other stones.
- Her diet tends to change depending what town she stays in, but no longer consumes bird meat. She mainly eats seafood and plants.
- Idutlian was incredibly bad at using a bow until Revali showed her how to. The scar on her right arm is from her own poor use of a sword.
- She's incredibly good at fixing bows, and will do it for Link if he brings her the materials.
- She's good at getting around quietly, and scaling trees.
Demeanor
She isn't someone to stand out in a crowd, nor to lead one. She trusts in her friends and is often found around at least one of them. She is very patient with people, like she has all the time in the world. She's very knowledgable, and she'll tell you anything. You just have to ask.
You have to talk to her first. She is very quiet and observant, unwilling to spark up conversations with people she doesn't know. When she becomes more comfortable in a setting she will begin to speak more freely.
When Ganon is no longer a threat, she becomes a lot more cheery like her true self is finally showing again, and will gladly tell you old stories.
Idutlian best shows her love through actions, loving glances, picking flowers, spending time together. She doesn't need to be told she is loved to know. She quite enjoys physical touch as well, but is not required for her to feel stable in a relationship.

Design notes
- She has two looks depending on if you're in the BotW or TotK timeline, both are on her ref in resources.
- Her Secret Stone is ONLY on her TotK look, and her ancient look, she does not reveral it at any other point.
- Her favourite clothes to wear come from Rito Village, putting her in the normal Hylian clothing is fine.
- Wears her hair in either two low buns or a romantic tuck, but its always up. Flowers are optional, as the Rito kids often put more in.
- Covers her face when she's feeling anxious, as wearing a mask has become a comfort for her.

Early Days & Imprisoning War
- Her favourite place to visit was the Temple of Time.
- People figured she had a gift before ever recieving a stone, as sometimes flowers would sprout around the areas she would walk through.
- She was given a secret stone at 19.
- She was part of The Imprisoning War at 21.
A Momentary Safe Place
- She would continue to use her powers to help others, until it become dangerous to do so.
- With the threat of Ganon and his return, she began to lay low. She changed her outfit to fit in with the Sheikah tribe, mainly wearing her adventuring outfit.
- She began to start visiting Rito Village often.
The Rise and Fall and Rise
- She falls in love with one of the Rito, Revali, after having spent much of her time with him. Their romance is cut short however when he dies in his Divine Beast.
- She met Link on his travels after his 100 year slumber, she helped him make his way around Hyrule.
- She gets to experience the removal of Calamity Ganon, and feeling at ease again, begins to wonder and help people.
- This doesn't last long however, as the upheaval changes the world as she knows it, and she needs to know more.
Home
- During the upheaval, she travels to help all the major nations in Link's absence.
- When he returns, she offers all her knowledge and abilities to aid him and the Sages in their quest, including fighting Ganon when the time comes.
- Once Ganon is defeated she moves to a small new town by Rito Village where she runs a museum and helps build town with her girlfriend.

Combat
Weaknesses
- Anything that moves really fast, as its harder to aim.
- Sword fighting, she's awful with usingone, especailly if it's two handed.
- Parrying swords.
- Muddy and sandy environments.
- Fire.
Skills & abilities
Archery
She learnt her archery skills from the best, the highest skilled archer of the Rito, Revali. She has put a lot of time into perfecting her aim. She uses the Great Eagle Bow, and it quite skilled at hitting all three arrows.
Spear
The spear is the only thing she knew how to use before learning how to use a bow. It is her go to weapon in melee combat, ad is quite skilled at moving her way around one.
Sage of Life
WWith a natural talent for magic in healing and growth, she was given a secret stone to amplify her power. She has since mastered the use of her skill, and can heals wounds not only quickly but correctly. She is very in tone with how all Hyrulian bodies work.
