Claudia is REALLY good at hiding it, but I think she has trouble being in front of a group. I only noticed because I can relate. She's good at delegating efficiently, though, and is considerate of everyone's abilities. She also made sure to include me from the start, even though everyone else kinda knew each other already. I'll never forget that.
I think she's the biggest influence on why Marlena finally accepted me as the leader (other than Crystal, for some reason). She has more patience than anyone I know, and didn't judge either of us, even though she didn't have the same ballet baggage coming into all this. What a breath of fresh air.
I think Marlena can tell I'm not as gung-ho about ballet as she is, haha. Our manager suggested it so I figured I'd give it a shot. It's... really hard. Not sure I'm cut out for it, since I'm kinda clumsy, and a bunch of these girls have been doing it since they were little. I like being a magical girl more, but I don't DISLIKE ballet... I'll give it some more time. Marlena is being pretty patient with me, after all.
She's newer to the ballet troupe, and joined after becoming an MG, at the suggestion of our manager. Something about team bonding, I think. Or maybe just branding. I wasn't actually expecting any of the newbies to follow through on that, to be honest, so I'm a little impressed that someone did. I'm happy to show her the ropes, but I'm worried she won't stick with ballet after aging out...
I think Claudia and Marlena expect too much of her too quickly now that our team is as large and varied as it is. But if someone like me can be a Magical Girl, I bet Flower can, too!
I heard she only joined the ballet squad after becoming an MG. Maybe that's why she's not as intense? She's probably the hardest on herself of all of them, though. Be as nice to yourself as you are to me!!!
