TW: None :3 When Rory was born her parents had been recently married, kind of a shotgun wedding. They didnt really know each other too well, and that became very evident throughout their marriage. When Rory was 5 the couple left and Nicole took Rory to live with her, before her marriage to a big time lobster farmer in Boston, Larry. Although her father fought for custody she moved away only being able to visit summers, at the discretion of her mom (who rarely allowed it). In Boston she lived with her step father, mother, and his son Cole who was 5 years older than her who’s mother passed away. Her mother and stepfather rallied to be a great parental unit for Cole but refused to do the same for Rory who grew up alone and somewhat resentful.

She was homeschooled which was miserable for her. Her step father was rich but it was very lonely not having her dad or an affectionate parent. As a teen she dealt with severe dysphoria and came out pretty young. And her mom was somewhat enthusiastic about this, getting puberty blockers and testosterone. Still the dysphoria persisted and led to severe depression. Rory shifted through a lot of labels and identities until like she began to understand that she didnt have to present masculinely to me a guy which really helped a lot personally. Unfortunately this is where Nicole’s support waned and like they kinda just stopped liking each other. For college Rory opted to go stay near her dad and she went to the same college as Jez and Nikki but only stayed for 2 years to get her associates and then began her job. Shes pretty good at it, and she loves it bc she loves the traveling. Shes spent years abroad which is fun and exciting to her shed super happy with that. She lives with her dad but like so rarely because most of the time shes not there, occasionally her step brother Cole stays with them because they are best friends at this point. She had a few partners before landing on South, who she was with for 3 years. Very different but it was an opposites attract thing, but sadly they recently broke up with her. Which shes still reeling over. Shes a pretty famous influencer, attends a lot of super exclusive events and stuff.
