Rockfort's story in short:

Rockfort is a Strange Entity that travels the Outer-ring in a straight line, he can summon an electric guitar straight from his body that doesn't need an amp to produce the typical heavy metal guitar sound. The guitar is a part of his body.
He doesn't remember where and when he was born, just that he has lived for a very long time. One day he met Count T., another Strange Entity that can also summon an instrument from his body, this time a bass. They decided to create a band called Team Rockamax...
But they miss a drummer to produce some decent music. So they continue their journey, still going straight forward despite the many oceans, harsh environments and dangers. Rockfort do this so maybe one day he will come back to where he was born.
Until one day they ended up in Hexatown, a colossal city where they will meet their drummer, Brie. Like them, she is able to summon a Drum Kit straight from her body, and after getting to know each other, they organized their first concert in town, and success! (not really)
Unlike the two others that forgot where and when they were born, Brie is 102 years old and was born in Hexatown. Rockfort realised how much time he was traveling, a really absurd amount of time. And so they continue to go straight forward in this insanely large world...
