Leo is a charming little guy with lots of sass and witty things to say. He's a bit of a control freak and a secretive little bitch, while at the same time hypes himself up a lot, so he can come across as egotistical which not everyone is into, but his ego trips are never about pushing others down to make himself better. He does a very good job at coming across like he has everything under control but you'd be surprised at the little things that makes him go into a spiral very quickly, definitely making him be a bit of a grumpy pants, especially if things don't go the way he planned them.
Leo doesn't really know what it's like to be a good friend. He wants to do good, but his life before the foster and current surroundings suck so he interacts with others the only way he's ever had others interact with him. He's not upfront about what he's trying to do or knows how to communicate in a healthy way at all and acts on what he assumes is good for the other person, which leads to lots of situations. Leo is genuine always, but sadly he is also naïve and prone to getting manipulated.

• Mole on his right cheek
• Short hair above shoulders... until it's not. Then he likes tying it up.
• Tooth gap is only on his design with a white scarf.
• Scars: Nick on both ears only on his design with a white scarf.
• A strand of hair that drops down from the middle.

Trivia
• Leo has a complicated relationship with make up. He likes doing it for himself and for others but sometimes can't stand it specially if it's others doing it on him.
• He can not stand other people brushing his hair, it makes him uncomfortable. If he lets you do that then wow holy shit.
• When he goes on an self centered rant Noriel is the only one willing enough to tell him that no he is actually just a ball of moss. Little, soggy n stinky and it gets him all rilled up.
• "I totally have a crush on Kana, what are u talking about" *proceeds to forget she exists because Noriel is in close proximity*
• He's canonically the first character in the comic to mention and be aware of The Basement's existance.
• He's not necesarily femenine, but he does enjoy traditionally femenine things.
• His room is full of tables and shelves with books and random trinkets that he finds interesting, neatly organized in a satisfying manner.
• His white scarf was gifted to him
• He's the second shortest out of my public characters. He's right below Kana.
• Leo takes good care of his looks because it's fun, for himself and because it feels nice, not for other people.
• Only one person calls him Lee.

Noriel | Ex-friend
Where were you. Where were you that day.
The two have history they dont like to disclose. He either full on ignores her to go sob in the corner or it is a fight On Sight, no in between. And yet he keeps wishing to know what she's up to even tho he knows that's something he really... really shouldn't do.
Chad | Older Brother
His brother is the only remnant from his past life that Leo doesn't wish to let go. Leo has always been close to his brother but after he started separating himself from his friends, Chad is the person he has been sticking to pretty much at all times. Chad seems to be always in crontrol of his emotions and surroundings so he gives Leo the comfort he needs in the situation the two currently find themselves in.
Kana | Close Friend
Kana was one of the two people that greeted him with open arms when he first joined the foster and now they are super close. If Leo says he's the coolest person alive Kana will play along with him for the laughs because she knows he's just joking and she wants to see how far he's willing to go lol. Leo enjoys their closeness and she makes him feel really good, which he concludes means he must Obviously be in love.
Victoria | Old Friend
Victoria was the other person that greeted him when he first arrived at the foster and they became really good friends, however nowadays Leo finds her irritating at best. What once was a friendship filled with gossip sharing and extravagant clothes, has now become passive aggresive jabs and bitter thoughts.
Max | Friend
Leo, as someone with a massive ego, can tell when someone else has very low self esteem. And he notices that in Max very quickly. Leo feels a kind of gentleness towards Max. Whenever he sees them he wants to lift their spirit as much as possible so he compliments them over literally anything they do.
