Song
MotherElio was raised primarily by his mother, with influence from others around the town. He loves his mother dearly, but he never quite developed the connection that a son would normally have with their mother. Song is eccentric and the opposite of Elio personality-wise, so although he loves Song, he never finds himself growing too close to him. Rather, he takes care of his mother when Song does something wrong and often takes Song's fall. He, frankly, quickly grows tired of his mother's antics and wishes Song would simply settle down and be a real mother. But he also knows it's wishful thinking, so Elio tries to support him as best as he can.
Lafayette
FatherFor most of his life, Elio didn't really get to know his father. Lafayette was always out at sea with his crew, and when he did see him, it was for short periods. He wasn't necessarily a bad father, he was just distant. And thus, Elio never developed much of a relationship with his father for awhile, even when he would see him. Now that Lafayette is living in the same town as him, it's been a bit odd seeing him everywhere. He's settled down now with a lovely bloom, which puts Elio at ease to know one of his parents are doing well. At the same time, he is content with keeping their relationship at a distance.
Enora
Maternal Half-BrotherWhen his mother was expecting a second child, Elio was quick to step up and become the big brother that he knew Enora would need. Because of his mother's behavior, Elio found himself raising Enora more than Song did, though Enora never made the task difficult. Enora always has his head buried in a book or curiously studying new herbs that he comes across. All Elio has really had to do is make sure he doesn't find something dangerous, which has been quite easy with Enora's prior knowledge. Still, he can't help but worry about his little brother and his future. He always wants Enora to know that he is there for him, regardless of the circumstances.
Evelyn
Maternal Half-BrotherOnce shame on them, twice shame on you. What is a third? Elio couldn't believe his ears when Song told him he was getting another little brother, but with a sigh of resignation, he accepted Evelyn's coming into the world and prepared once more to become the guardian he would need. Evelyn, however, turned out to be quite mellow as well, if not more than Enora. He's seemingly unbothered by their mother's antics, unlike Elio, and tries to encourage Elio to relax and enjoy his life. Though Elio appreciates his efforts, he can only continue to be Evelyn's big brother and support him. He would rather Evelyn have a great life in the future than worry for his own.
Kir
Paternal Half-BrotherWhile Kir lived at sea with their father, Elio kept a close relationship with his half-brother through penmanship. Though never to leave town himself, he felt he could live the adventures his brother went through in their letters, and he always found himself happy to receive one of his brother's letters. Kir is his closest sibling, even if for a long time they weren't physically close. Now that he has settled into Wilderock with the rest of Lafayette's crew, Elio is delighted to have a friend in his brother and spending time with him when life permits. Being with Kir is a breath of relief away from his duties and studies, and he is thankful for the relationship they have held up against all odds.
Loris
Paternal Half-BrotherElio has never formally met Loris. Rather, he has heard of him through Kir during their share of letter sending, so he is simply aware of his half-brother's existence. From what he has heard, however, he would be very interested in meeting his little brother. It sounds as if he is dealing with much of a similar life as Elio has, and he would never wish that on one of his little siblings. If he could do anything to help Loris out of his situation, he will. One day, perhaps, he can take a trip to formally meet him and make official acquaintance with him.
Samos
Paternal Half-BrotherSamos is another one of his brothers that he has only heard in passing by Kir. From what he was told, Samos seems to be far more energetic than Elio and the rest of their brothers. Not being used to high energy, Elio is unsure how it will go when he finally meets Samos for the first time. His maternal half-brothers are calm and collected, as well as the paternal half-brothers that he knows personally. Regardless, he is still curious about Samos and how his younger brother is doing. Even if he may be unsure about how it may go, he would be interested in meeting Samos some day and getting to know him face-to-face.
Kallias
Paternal Half-BrotherAnother brother he has heard of in writing only, Elio doesn't know much about Kallias.
Aden
Paternal Half-BrotherDespite living quite nearby each other for all their lives, Elio didn't begin to spend time with Aden until more recently. He was aware of his half-brother whenever he'd see Aden in town, but they never quite stopped to say hello or hang out. He always found Aden quite the quiet bloom that seemed to keep to himself more. It wasn't until Lafayette's crew settled down in town and Kir brought Aden and Elio closer did they begin the spend more time together.
Ghost
Paternal Half-BrotherHis youngest half-brother, Elio is still learning about Ghost and growing accustomed to his presence. He was surprised to see how well their father treated him, and it made him realize just how different Lafayette was to the vision he had of. And while he's happy to see Ghost be treated so well, he admits it's a bit strange. He smiles through his discomfort, however, wanting to become closer with his younger brother now that he has been given the opportunity to do so. He involves Ghost in his time with the others as much as he can, and he is genuinely happy that he can finally get to know his little brother.
Axel
Maternal UncleElio doesn't see his uncle very often, seeing how busy Axel is in the capital, but he always hears good things about him. He often wonders what it would be like to be one of Axel's students and learn in a school setting like other young blooms. When Axel comes to visit, he brings new books and studies for Elio and his little siblings, which makes Elio happy.
Henrik
Paternal Great-GrandfatherIt wasn't until more recently that Elio had the chance to formally meet his great-grandfather. Rather, he would often hear tales about Henrik's ventures from Drakost to Khahdos and his good deeds. It warped an image of his great-grandfather into his mind, one of a great character that others look up to and can rely on. So when he finally met Henrik for the first time... well, he wasn't at all what Elio expected. He doesn't talk about his time on the sea very often, or about his voyage from Drakost to Khahdos. In fact, he seems to prefer to keep the conversation off of himself as much as he can. It's odd, but... comforting. Elio appreciates the humility his great-grandfather has, and he enjoys the time they spend when Henrik visits.
