Profile

One of the earliest demons to rise, spreading fear throughout the world.
The original Wrath of it all.
The Big, Bad Wolf.

The wolf's tale was an unusual one, even among those as old as him. He was born among four others, each one with a certain role over how to spread death and mortality across the land. With it, they would create new emotions, ones that could bring life to new levels of individuality.

The wolf did not care for this higher calling, only his main role: destruction. He attacked countless villages and terrified all those that survived his onslaughts, until fear no longer occupied them.
Anger, frustration, vengeance.
Wroth.
Yes, that was a fitting name for the wolf.

Wroth was amused by people's attempts to fight back. At first it was weak weapons: throwing stones and sticks, and all met with fatal consequences, yet to his surprise, they didn't give up. They got stronger, angrier, and finally they had a weapon capable of harming him.
Wroth was struck and for once retreated, scowling at the victory howls taunting him from behind. He found a secluded place to rest and curled up, humiliated and scornful. There would be revenge.

Many feared Wroth, if not hated him. They ran or screamed, but none had ever pet him.
He snapped his eyes open to see a little girl curiously patting his fur. Even when he chastised her, she looked more curious than afraid. Interesting. Perhaps because he was not used to this reaction, Wroth allowed the girl to stay. He was too weak to escape anyway. She tried to help, giving him herbs and food, trying childish things like singing songs to make him feel better. What an unusual amount of effort any of this was... but he didn't hate it. Why was that?

Time had passed, the wolf had healed, and the girl grew into a woman. He felt his feelings towards humans become conflicted. Were there more like this one? Had he killed some like those? He... didn't want to do more of that. He didn't want that smile of hers to disappear. The idea of her crying over a victim of his, or looking at him with hate, it made him feel strange.

But it is hard to control Wroth.

He had spared her village and went to the next one over, but they were also armed with the weapon from before. Memories of his wound came to mind, they clouded his thoughts with the fury and humiliation he suffered that day. Revenge. He wanted revenge. He wanted them to suffer.
And he saw red.

Then he saw her too late.

Overwhelmed with grief and shame, the wolf howled for days until his creator appeared before him. Touched by the mournful ballade, he offered a new life: give him part of his life, part of his fury, and let a new life be born.
Wroth agreed, denouncing his name and his powers. He changed into a new form, a more human form, and took the name of the mountain he rested under. With part of his soul containing the wolf's former powers, the creator sent it to another person who could server as a proper vessel.

Centuries passed, and the beast, Armageddon, wandered the world searching for the reincarnation of the woman that saved him so long ago. Whether she remembered him, hated him, however she'd react, he'd protect her this time.

Notes: This dude's like one of my oldest characters, I think older than Ark but just as old as Roy. Guy's always changing because I'm never fully satisfied with his backstory. This is closer! I don't think it's entirely there yet. Expect it to get shorter one of these days.

Facts:

Full Name: Armageddon (Sr.)

Nicknames: Arm

Age: Permanently 40

Birthday: October 23

Sexuality: Bisexual (Female leaning)

Hair/Eye Color: Both red

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 190 Ibs

Personality: Cocky and arrogant; Armageddon is a loudmouth that loves pressing people's buttons and seeing them get angry. He himself is easily angered, and once he's furious he won't calm down unless he gets a fight. He's grumpy and can sometimes have his childish moments, and being the villain he is, he's incredibly proud and vain, which makes him very gullible and easy to trick. Surprisingly, he also has his fatherly moments, especially around rowdy punks.
Despite it all, there's a somber loneliness to him from countless centuries of searching for the one person he never wanted to harm.

Non-Human Abilities:
Shadow Manipulation - Only a small control of darkness, Armageddon can fuse the shadows with his energy and manifest them into dual black blades that slide out of his sleeves. Sometimes one blade will have electricity running through it while the other is engulfed in flames. Can also use this as a way to fast travel.
Enhanced Abilities - Since he's not human, Armageddon's strength, stamina, defense, and speed are all very strong. His senses are also very strong.
Immortality - He doesn't age, but he can be killed.
Wolf Form - Going at his full power, Armageddon will change to his original self: a large black wolf with curled horns and three tails. His speed and attack are tripled in this state. He cannot manipulate the shadows in this form, but his tails can each stretch to a twenty foot radius. The fur on his tails can sharpen and tear through even steal. The wolf form is 12 feet tall with the horns adding another foot, with pure black fur and piercing red eyes.

Voice: Rough and naturally angry - Troy Baker (Kanji)

Drawing Details: Usually grumpy, although he can be seen smiling at times. The blue coat is a must. His eyes are red and have black lines around the edges of the iris. Both ears have three bar piercings at the top and two small hoops on the lobe.

Fun/Extra Facts:

- When the woman was a little girl, she always wore a red hood.

- Armageddon has yet to find her. He's come close, catching her scent, but never has yet.

- This isn't to mean he hasn't had relationships with others, because he has, but has never fully loved them like he does her.

- Unaware of the existence of his son, Armageddon Junior.

- Can talk to animals.

- Dogs and wolves can smell what he is and often become obedient to him either out of respect or fear, yet he hasn't harmed an animal.

- Spoiled by human food, he loves to barbecue every chance he gets. Loves ribs.

- The coat was a gift from one of his past relationships. He likes it a lot.

- Make fun of his coat and he'll punch you into space.

- Isn't sure if Wroth split into two for the Seven Sins and GRIEF. Doesn't care.

- Hates getting involved with either group.

- Even with a fragment of his soul gone, he is monstrously strong.

- Calls everybody "kid".
