Goliath is Flynn's first Pokémon and one of his strongest in his party when it comes to physical strength. Despite his hard appearance, Goliath can be comparable to that of a puppy. He's a gentle giant that will go at great lengths to ensure that his master is safe even if it means cleaving anyone who hurts him in the process.....would that still make him gentle? He's loyal and very affectionate to those he like to the point that it's common for the male to grab anyone worthy of his affection and stroke them like a cat. He has also mastered the art of making sure that Flynn doesn't overwork himself as that male is aware his owner does that often.
