About 
Morgana used to live in a shack in the Splatlands with their parents, who were Scavengers. They’d usually leave Morgan there, but sometimes she’d be allowed to come along, something she always enjoyed doing.

One day though, her parents went out and never returned. Morgan tried to wait for them, but they grew impatient after a day and went out searching. They never found them. They were really young when they disappeared, and they struggled to ration food and water. After running out they took what they could carry, which wasn’t much, and left.

On their travels they continued to scavenge, barely getting by with what they found. It was a lot for such a small squid, and they only knew so much. Their limited knowledge resulted in them opening a bottle of chemicals and accidentally spilling it on themself. The chemicals permanently dyed patches of their tentacles sickly gray and got into their eyes, causing them to be far-sighted in the future.

Her screams seemed to attract something, as when she could only just focus again, she found a Small Fry sniffing at her. At first, in her pain and misery, she tried to scare it off. But she succumbed to her loneliness and exhaustion and ended up befriending the creature, who quickly became her best friend.

Due to not exactly knowing where she was going, and having a slow pace, it took her a few years to reach Splatsville. In that time they had become a quite prominent Scavenger, able to find quite rare things and pawn them off to those they encountered. When she arrived at the city of chaos, she joined a group home where the similarly-aged Inklings and Octolings began to call her Silver because of her tentacles. She came to like that name quite a lot, and most people call her that rather than her name. Though she doesn't mind either.

She began to join in Turf Wars for fun after hearing about them constantly in Splatsville. On their way to the lobby one day, they encountered a strange elderly inkling and ended up becoming Agent 3. At first, she considered the position a joke, that is until she had a close encounter with being infected by fuzzy ooze that the Captain had to save her from. From then on she took things seriously, perhaps too seriously. Yet, she saved the world from Mr. Grizz.

Silver constantly has a pretty dull expression, sometimes even defaulting to a slight scowl. This deters others from interacting her, which she claims she doesn't mind. On the surface she appears undeterred, competent and very chill and easy to get along with. Underneath though, she is easily stressed out and tends to overthink things, the stress of Alterna doesn't help with this at all.

Despite being recruited by Craig, they aren’t close to him, even being a bit confused by him. They have no idea who the Squid Sisters are, but they are still quite friendly with Callie, and are a bit intimidated by Marie. (Not that they’d ever admit that).

They are actually quite close with the Captain, looking up to them as a role model and mentor. (And a bit of a parental figure which they fail to be subtle about despite their best efforts). The two were a bit distant at first, as Silver was intimidated by their blank stare and Three was struggling with the passover of the title Agent 3. But Silver clarified that they hated being called ‘Three’ and would rather just be called Agent 3, Neo or Silver, and it made it easier for the two to form a close bond as mentor and mentee.

They only met one of their fellow agents after their missions in Alterna, that being Agent 8 who decided they were adorable and quickly began to dote on them, much to their embarrassment. They’d never admit this either, but they like her a lot, looking up to her too. (As a parental figure as well, which they are also terrible at being subtle about.) She also helps them delve into their Octarian roots, which they appreciate. They haven’t met Agent 4 in person yet, but the two love to goof off in the group chat, much to the annoyance and amusement of the other members of the Splatoon.

As of Calamity Chorus they have been with the NSS for 2 years.

Appearance
Silver is an average height Inktoling with tanned skin. They formerly had light green eyes, but they are now primarily dull gray and sometimes they wake up with a different eye colour. They have long tentacles reaching past their shoulder on the left side, the rest is tied into a long low ponytail that goes down their back. Their colour is yellow while with the NSS, and random colours casually, though they have gray patches that don’t change colours all over, primarily on the right side. While in Splatsville they like to wear singlets and tank tops with long pants and either sneakers or boots, they wear a pair of glasses and their headpiece rotates depending what's fresh at the moment. While in the Splatlands, their gear is much more protective and covers most of their body. They always have a bag for Little Buddy, even during Turf Wars.

As of Calamity Chorus
Their tentacles are a bit longer, with their right braid leading into a small ponytail. their eyes are now permanently pale blue and their eyesight has gotten a bit worse so they wear a different pair of glasses. Their outfits are the same and Little Buddy still has the same bag, which looks a bit more worn now.
