About
Bandana Waddle Dee, commonly called Bandana, is a young boy who, despite his young age, is the captain of King Dedede's royal guard and a rather skilled spearman. He is a brave warrior proud to serve the king and for the good of his people. He is the older brother of the three siblings: Sailor Waddle Dee (14) and Reporter Waddle Dee (18).
Currently, he is still the captain of the royal guard and takes care of some castle chores or visits Cappy Town when he isn't helping Kirby save the world.
Design
Description
Bandana is a young man with short orange hair, fair skin with freckles and brown eyes.
He usually wears his characteristic indigo bandana on his head. He wears a kind of dark orange tunic fitted by a yellow cloth decorated with a gold brooch with the symbol of King Dedede. Underneath he wears a lighter shirt with the sleeves rolled up and underneath it a beige shirt with long, puffed sleeves. He wears moderately long brown gloves. He is wearing baggy pants the same color as the shirt, and boots the same color as the fitted gloves with yellowish buckles. As protection for combat, he has a shoulder pad on his left arm.
Personality
He is a cheerful and friendly young boy in general, he treats everyone with kindness, especially affectionate and protective with his brothers, and he is willing to help whenever needed. He is one of the bravest warriors in his troop and is ready to lay down his life for the good of his people and friends. He is somewhat shy and uneasy about showing his feelings for someone or someone showing their feelings for him. Sometimes he is a nervous boy and insecure of himself for fear of failing or disappointing his friends and allies, especially unsure of doing things by himself and having to depend on others, since if he is accompanied by someone he feels more brave than if he was alone. Sometimes he even acts quite cowardly when he sees that the situation is unexpected, too serious or beyond his means. Despite his weaknesses, he is loyal to his friends to the end and is content when he is recognized as a hero. He is also the most mature and responsible of the three brothers.

His main weapon. He uses his spear with a red handkerchief tied at the end exclusively to fight and has good mastery with it, reaching to take out the full potential of the weapon itself, even fly with it.

- The red handkerchief of his spear represent he is the leader of the Royal Waddle Dee army.
- He is the oldest of the 3 siblings. He is the one who take care of the siblings and the one with the most responsibilities in the family.
- His brothers call him Bandee.
- He knows how to sew and mend clothes. He was the one who sewed Marx's current jester hat.
Relationships
Kirby
The two of them, at first, were more rivals than anything else, but then a great friendship and trust grew between them. Bandana admires Kirby's strength and bravery in the face of any adversity and whenever he is with him, inspires him courage and desires to be like Kirby one day.
Dedede
He is a faithful servant of Dedede, always following his orders and has respect for him as king. There are times when he does not agree with the monarch's selfish whims, but he doesn't dare to directly rebut him or criticize him other than just making slight suggestions to make him change his mind, although mostly without success. They are generally on good terms. He is aware that Dedede is a good person and kind in reality, only that he behaves childishly, that's why he remains loyal to him and admires the good deeds he does for Dreamland.
Meta Knight
He is an enthusiastic fan and admirer of Meta Knight, becoming to chant his name, asking for autographs and fanboying about him whenever he sees him. He has enormous respect for his abundant skill and power as a knight, and also for his great humility and temperance as a person. He and Kirby are his big aspirations to follow.
Reporter Waddle Dee
Tyler, the middle brother of the three. They are generally on good terms with typical sibling fights, but always affectionate towards each other. Sometimes it bothers him that his brother gives more importance to his news and scoops than family matters. He also feels self-conscious when his brother points out that, despite being the eldest of the three brothers, Tyler is taller than he is.
Sailor Waddle Dee
He is the younger brother of the three. They have great appreciation and affection, he always gives encouragement and support in everything that is proposed. He knows that his little brother is quite naive, nervous and clumsy but brave, so he cares a lot for him in case he gets into serious trouble.
