At first glance, one might think of Rags as laid-back, someone who doesn't take life all too seriously... but don't be fooled. He has quite the way with words, and is willing to tread the darkest paths as long as it promises to make his dull immortal existence even a little more interesting.

He doesn't dream of being worshipped or ruling over mankind. Instead, the only two driving forces in his life are the desire to avoid boredom at any cost and his love for his childhood friend and former partner, Susu—an intense affection that is perhaps best described as obsession.
