A relatively new face in town, Lavender Wafeu moved into Cliffside to take advantage of the absolutely rock bottom housing prices. She honestly thinks it's incredible more people haven’t. She moved in from the south of Corone, the larger landmass that New Orphidian is off the coast of. Here, she is studying horticulture, commute soothed by only having to go in once every couple days. Because of this, her house has become a home-lab of sorts, filled to the brim with flowers and other plants. It’s all very pretty, but the smell is overpoweringly natural, and would be a powderkeg for anyone with allergies.

Lavender is supremely polite to anyone and everyone, often appending a Mr. or Ms. to the names of those adults older than her. It’s very endearing, if a little odd. She makes fast friends with most, having even managed to befriend her reclusive neighbours, Chrome and Tabitha. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, she is rather secretive about herself, often deflecting conversations to be about anyone but her.

She finds that people will often underestimate her as a result of her gentle demeanour, and while she tries not to make a habit of using this to her advantage, she’ll admit it’s a good way to get away with little things here and there. University staff are rarely too hard on you if you apologise in advance hard enough.
