Reese is a somewhat awkward highschooler who has struggled to make genuine connections to others, leaving them a bit sheltered and socially inept. They do prefer eccentric people but also feel a sense of intimidation when trying to approach people they think are "cool" often flubbing the icebreaker they had spent a while thinking on. They arent anxious as much as they get overly excited and fumble over their words and then get a little shy. They live with only their grandmother, having no contact with their parents since infancy and feel a bit lonely at times with just her as much as they do love their grandma its not the same as having friends their age. Though truthfully, people usually like Reese way more than they are aware of and they consider themself an outsider to their friend group despite everyone really enjoying them. 

Overall though they keep a more chipper attitude and are quite serious about pursuing their passions, especially swimming! Theyre clever and funny if given the chance to acclimate to a social circles rulesets and vibe and love to do Bits or are really good at bouncing jokes off of seamlessly. Theyre also physically affectionate and dont like to cuddle as much as they like to just sit really closely to people and touch them while talking and laughing. Their worldview is important to them but people often cant tell if theyre joking or not when they talk about it seriously, which makes them self conscious. Reese is incredibly unconventional in how they see the world and want to live in a way that matches it, especially after meeting an adult who does just that. They value being spontaneous and "weird" and doing things others would consider ridiculous. 

Relationships:
Ashley- Their best friend, the two met in middle school and have stuck to one another since. Reese gets along with Ashley really well even if they disagree on some things, both of them being kind of weird awkward kids who just like one anothers company. Reese is one of the few people who dont expect Ashley to be Logical and Responsible all the time and lets Ashley be childish and a mess when theyre having a hard time, though Reese sometimes feels like theyre still holding back a bit, Reese is just happy to help their friend even a bit. They do tease Ashley a lot but its in good fun, nothing malicious. (though sometimes ashley does get seriously frustrated but doesnt say anything). On the other hand, Reese does feel really judged by Ashley for their view of the world and how Ashley tries to show them the "right" way to do or think things.. it can be very disheartening for Reese but they dont bring it up.

Tilly- Theyre absolutely enamored with Tilly currently, they see the marsupial-thing as a rolemodel and notes how they sort of glide through life effortlessly feeling. Maybe the coolest adult Reese has ever met and its not even because Tilly isnt human, i mean. its partially that but not all of it! Reese has taken to spending a lot of time with Tilly since they live at Reese's house now, they tell their grandma that Tilly is just a weird dog and anyone who sees them in their human form that theyre Reese's distant relative come to help out around the house. They really look up to Tilly though which does drive a bit of a wedge between they and Ashley for a while. Reese feels very validated by Tilly being Tilly.

Eliot+Klaus+Liza- Reese considers them Ashley's friends, but in truth the group kind of prefers Reese to Ashley, but Reese doesnt know that. They do a lot with the three individually and tends to feel more shy if hanging with them as a group. They like all of them and would like to get closer but struggles to know how to do that, since with Ashley it just sort of happened naturally with no effort from them. Still, Reese is happy just to have a friend group to hang out with.

Jon+Sawyer- Some friends of Liza's, Reese REALLY gets along with Jon whos view of the world is closer aligned to theirs and who doesnt judge or assume Reese is making a joke when they talk about wanting a retired icecream truck as a first car and instead is like yeah that would be cool actually. Sawyer is a bit harder for Reese to get a read on but they both get along too even if they dont always understand one another.

Funfacts
-they had a cleft lip as a baby, you can still see it a bit
-sometimes their friend group calls them reeses pieces, they honestly think its a cute nickname
-while they do look up to Tilly and mimic them a bit they dont break the law (or badly) because it would make their grandma worry, but they have become a lot more of a trickster since being around them
-they actually were the one who suggested Tilly could stay with them because they got so excited about how Cool they seem
-likes to call Tilly a dog because they know it annoys Ashley who always corrects them that Tilly is a Marsupial, actually.
-wants to be a lifeguard one day as a side gig to being a professional swimmer
