00 is just an utter destructive loose cannon, having incredible raw strength and power and excellent charisma yet no self control. 00 doesn’t meet with Squads by themselves quite yet, any time anyone’s met them, they were always accompanied by the General or by 01. It’s very clear to many that they’re still training for Captain status so it’s hard for some to take them seriously.
Unlike 01 or their Boss, 00 literally has zero empathy for their fellow soulless. They berate and insult their soldiers, threatening to destroy their very forms. They’ve even tried to attack soldiers, only to be put back into their place by 01.
Personality
Wields raw power and a silver tongue. They are methodical, they are smart and they are cruel to fellow Soulless. They batter, berate and abuses soulless. 01 and The Guardian constantly have to reel them in. Because.. Christ they are unhinged.
As it stands, 00 is learning some manners, designated to Planet Verity. Basically learning some actual leadership skills. It’s sorta debatable on whether it’s actually working? 00 has essentially set themselves up as a celebrity on Verity, staring in movies and tv shows. They have some influence on politics like this, which is great but they also just. Go behind all that and directly manipulate the government to do what they want. ...
