He's an imp. He's bound to the service of the Piotovich family (Valentine, Luka, and Jaska).
He's extra grovelly but also kind of mildly incompetent at times but he's proficient in blowing smoke up everyone's ass and oozing compliments and praise and flattery in a rather corny and sometimes transparent effort to endear himself to people. As a fiend, after all, all he cares about is corrupting folks. As a very low-ranking fiend, he's kinda "entry-level position" good at it, though, so resisting his corruption is like swatting at a fly.
Half the time, he doesn't appear as an imp, but instead takes the form of a magpie. The presence of a bird is usually better received than that of a fiend.
