Any/all pronouns. Lottie used to be a regular human living on a farm with his parents, five siblings, and many other workers who were essentially extended family despite being unrelated. The Moons are long-time friends to the Crowleys, and as such Lottie had a touch-and-go friendship with Casey Crowley for most of his life until highschool, at which point they became much closer. Casey introduced Lottie to gender-nonconformity and the two discovered they were trans.
At around 21, Lottie brought Casey through the Nether portal on her farm as she had many times before. This time they were not so careful, and wandered too far. Discovering a Fortress, they were caught off guard by Wither skeletons and panicked, running out of arrows. Casey was pierced through the torso by a sword, withering away in Lottie's arms. Lottie beat several wither skeletons to dust with her fists, inflicting herself with Withering before being forced to flee the Nether. Lottie later died from withering, but when she respawned it did not go away.
Distraught from the death of his partner, Lottie left a single note and fled home around a month later in search of a cure for withering. Eventually they got pulled into another dimension where they met Buttercup Taloft and Blair Rattle, the latter of whom found a cure which involved supplementing missing soul fragments with the soul of an animal. The withering was cured (save for the damage it already caused) and over time Lottie developed traits like bat ears and wings, which it learned to hide with illusion magic.
Later, the trio managed to wander into another dimension where they created their own settlement which soon became a full-fledged town named DeVille (called that because it was funny). Several insane things happened over the course of about a year including but not limited to:
- Lottie being killed and infected with Sculk (which she accidentally overfeeds)
- Lottie befriending Atropos, god of death, and being entrusted with their Shears and Thread Of Life when they fall ill
- Also being gifted Requiem (Atropos)'s Sparks, the imp equivalent of a soul, and becoming like 2/3rds imp (origin of horns, flowers and dragon tail)
- Lottie sacrificing himself to resurrect a guy he kind of hates and taking about 8 hours to respawn (it usually takes a couple minutes at most)
- Lottie learning Casey has been with him as a ghost since she first died and his best friend just didn't tell him
- Oh right he also accepts a deal that functionally makes him a werewolf also

Design notes
- Ref is currently out of date but other images show horns and tail!! Model is up to date
- Sculk is optional
- Images by gaybandaids are the best refs for the horn shapes, I'm still getting the hang of it
- All animal parts are optional, but technically it should be all or none
- Lifemarks on the arm are almost never visible
- Has good prosthetic fingers now! They're made from copper but you can draw them however you want- they can also be disguised as natural flesh.
- Hair bow is not really optional since it has sentimental value, but you can put Lottie in any outfit as long as that is included!
