Overview

Lee is one of the most hardworking and dedicated individuals you will ever meet- constantly striving to create new records and milestones, even if it's to her own detriment. They are an Inkblot Art Academy graduate, and specializes in graphic design and drawing. She has been putting her skills to use at Toni Kensa, and is responsible for managing their social media accounts. Occasionally, they do modeling with their co-workers Minatoast, Ash, and Oreo, but she can mostly be found at her desk squinting at her laptop. Their laser focus and commitment to their goals are highly praised by their colleagues, but is she truly happy...?

Though they spend most of their time working, she sometimes joins her co-workers for turf war, and mains the undercover brella (they just think it looks neat).

Personality

Lee is a very conscientious person. At work, she strives to be as professional and as put-together as possible, which has given her the reputation of being reliable and trustworthy. However, in their pursuit of success, she often ends up overbooking their schedule with additional responsibilities. Due to her jam-packed schedule and dedication to her work, Lee gets very annoyed when people try to strike up casual conversation when she's preoccupied. They speak in a very precise manner and quickly deliver information to people in a "i don't have time for your bullshit" kind of way.

Their unhealthy mentality of "work takes priority over everything else" stems from a deep-rooted fear of being perceived as lazy. They struggle to say no and set up proper boundaries, and ends up taking more work than needed. Lee sees herself as a worker first and foremost, and believes that their self-worth is directly tied to how much work they output. Lee struggles to confront this aspect of themself, often dismissing her emotions and causing resentment bubble up. Not everyone around her realizes that her snippy attitude and irritability is a symptom of this insecurity, but those who do are left confused as to how they should broach the topic.

Lee's inability to make time to do things outside of work has repeatedly been a source of friction in their social life. When Lee was studying to get into Inkblot back in 2017, she often failed to follow up on any invitations to hang out that Max sent. Their friendship was in a weird limbo period for a few months, but was eventually repaired.

Because of her subconscious beliefs, Lee can be jealous of people that don't place their worth on productivity. Minatoast's loose and energetic attitude is a great example of this. While he still gets his work done on time, Lee is often frustrated that Minatoast started skipping work after turf wars were introduced to Splatsville. She also has issues with another co-worker who supposedly got a job at Toni Kensa because of family relations- feeling that "they didn't do the hard work to get their position."

Lee is greatly appreciative of the people who do understand her and see her as a person. Of all their co-workers, they are the most fond of Oreo. Lee enjoys working in silence together in the same room as Oreo, and finds her presence comforting. They have great synergy and Lee finds that it's very easy to help Oreo with her work (and vice versa). Their time together has led to Lee wanting to learn more about octoling life and culture to understand Oreo better.

They are also super into the idol music genre, but hasn't shared this interest publicly out of fear that it goes against the persona she puts up. She has a secret twitter account dedicated to interacting with other fans of the idols they like. She has a particularly close friendship with one mutual, who goes by the alias Syd, and confides to him about her work struggles.

Trivia

• Lee's favorite Pokemon types are fairy and normal. Their favorite Pokemon are Delcatty and Galarian Rapidash!
• When playing Among Us, Lee tends to be one of the first people to speak. This sometimes puts them under suspicion by the people she's playing with.
• To help organize their tasks, she does bullet journaling! Lee has a wide array of stationery items and enjoys collecting pens, washi tapes, and other cute items.
• Her laptop has anywhere between 20-40 tabs open (it's all work related and she can't find what she needs).
• Growing up, Lee played the piano. She can read sheet music, but they don't have a strong connection to the hobby.
  
• Lee and Max used to run the splatoon-universe equivalent of a YouTube channel! They would record Max's dances and edit it together.
• Ironically enough, her unhealthy work ethic is inspired by her favorite idol. i promise that lee gets a better attitude and is unlearning the unhealthy work ethic LMAO
• Whenever Lee goes to concerts, they wear a mask and beanie with an oversized coat because they don't want to risk anyone recognizing them.
