David is Lucy's father. He aggravates her with his insistent protectiveness, but she knows deep down that he means well. They get along alright aside from that
David has a habit of babying Lucy despite her being a full grown adult - he gets very worried about her even though she can take care of herself now. He raised her as a single father and loves her so very much
Lucy likes Johnny enough, but thinks he's kind of a dick sometimes. The two of them playfully bully each other; she always targets his emotional issues and the fact that he's dead
Johnny has a lot of respect for Lucy, but he's not the type to say that out loud. He's more likely to express his admiration in the form of mean jokes. He's one of the only people that Lucy lets joke about her MS
Lucy likes Aziz and often vents her frustrations to him. She thinks he's a wonderful listener because he doesn't interject or try to give her advice- he just listens and she appreciates that. The two bond over not being allowed to leave the bunker
Aziz enjoys listening to Lucy talk and can empathize with her wanting to feel useful. He also loves to learn about her MS and can be helpful when she's having bad pain days
They're punk buddies! Lucy thinks Cory is nice, although sometimes annoying. She respects him though. She eagerly lets him infodump about gun mechanics and stuff since she's really the only other person that understands what he's talking about
Cory has definitely scavenged pins and patches and stickers for Lucy. The two are in the process of painting and decorating her wheelchair together! Cory loves that she lets him talk about his special interests and has a lot of respect for her and her interests
Lucy is very annoyed by Anne at first; she thinks she's very judgmental- borderline intolerable. Lucy is already very irritated and angsty, so a new, stupid addition to her group is the perfect outlet for her anger. As frustrated as she is, just like with her dad, she knows that Anne doesn't have bad intentions
Anne thinks that Lucy is rude and disrespectful, but is willing to write it off as them butting heads due to their age difference. She subconsciously starts to take a parental role for Lucy, which only frustrates Lucy further. They never quite see eye to eye, but they do grow a mutual respect for one another
