Cecil is a swan maiden who had her dress stolen from her and can no longer transform. Because of this, she's very self conscious about interacting with the other girls, and feels that she isn't really better than a regular human. She's very distrusting and tends to stick to her familiar social circles. While it's been decades since she's lost her dress, she's still hunting for it and hopes to be her true self.

History
In her youth, Cecil had shown her dress to a human that she trusted and considered a dear friend. That friend backstabbed her and stole it while she was vulnerable. Because of this, even though she was the most human-friendly creature before, she's currently the most anti-human creature in the group, and genuinely thinks that they're all the same. She's gloomy a lot of the time and only appears to cheer up a bit during the tea parties with the other ladies, who made a network with other people in order to try and track down the dress even though it's basically futile at this point. She's a very delicate character and tries to either make herself very busy around town or just stays home by herself.

[ Friend ] Cecil and Sophie are probably the closest friends in the tea group, mainly because they have been friends for an extremely long time, as well as feeling kinship for being transforming creatures. Sophie pities Cecil a lot and has been trying to find Cecil's swan dress for many many years, if only to cheer up her longtime friend.
Sylvia
[ Friend ] Sylvia and Cecil have a bizarre friendship but are weirdly understanding of each other. They just sit in silence enjoying each other's company while they each do their own thing.
Ella
[ Friend ] Ella secretly doesn't like Cecil that much because she thinks she's too dramatic about losing her dress since it's been such a long time at this point. Cecil somewhat senses this and tries to stay cheerful around Ella but it kind of just brings her down even more.
