Falcon is a player on the top level team Resurgence, which they co-founded with Phoenix after leaving their previous team (Eagle Eye). Their favorite weapon is the .52 gal and are known for their agile playstyle and unpredictability.

outside of battle, Falcon enjoys wearing clothes with earthy tones! They love floral print clothes as well.

Personality

Falcon is a very active octoling who enjoys partaking in inked battles, especially ranked. Their weapon pool mostly consists of weapons that let them quickly move around the map- playing weapons like Splash, .52 gal, etc. They tend to be pretty competitive in tournaments, but they accept defeat with grace and humility. While they mostly practice with Resurgence, Falcon also enjoys subbing in for other teams. They find great joy in collaborating and trying new strategies with others.

Outside of competing, Falcon has a few plants they like to take care of in their apartment. They have a bit of a green thumb, and enjoyed reading books about flower language. Before moving to Splatsville, they used to work at a flower shop in Inkopolis where they would arrange bouquets and deliver flowers to people. Sometimes they use their plants for cooking, or sell them to others looking for ingredients.

In conversations, Falcon is pretty easygoing and patient. They're very curious and tend to ask a lot of questions about the locale and culture.

History

Splatoon 2 (2017 - 2022)

Before coming to Inkopolis square, Falcon lived in the Octarian Domes and was a part of the Octarian army's elite soldiers. Their weapons would be repared by Oreo, and while the two didn't talk much outside of work, they had amicable relations. They eventually left the army shortly after the events of Splatoon 2 (2017 M.E.), in order to seek out new experiences.

They eventually found a job at a flower shop in Inkopolis square. While working there, Falcon learned of ink battles, and sought to try it out themselves. They found it to be a good outlet to stay in motion.

At the start of 2019, Crow (presently known as Dove), invited Falcon to be a part of the team Eagle Eye (Dove / Phoenix / Jay / Falcon / Ash). They accepted, and their nimble movements made them a great asset to the team. Eagle Eye quickly ascended from low to high level, placing within the Top 4 of most tournaments.

By the start of 2021, Eagle Eye consistently placed second in every tournament they played. Falcon started to notice that their results were stagnating, and while they were glad to achieve such a feat, they noticed that Phoenix was very unsettled by these results. At this point, Falcon started to feel that Dove was a bit too strict with the team's weapon loadout, and that it clashed with their playstyle.

After their final tournament run in January 2022, Eagle Eye disbanded. Like Phoenix, Falcon also sought to try and build a team around an aggro playstyle, rather than the defensive/wall-out playstyle that Dove and Jay prefered. Phoenix and Falcon became known as Resurgence. Falcon left the other members of Eagle Eye on good terms.

Splatoon 3 (2022 - Present)

During their time in Splatsville, Falcon quickly befriended the locale, taking an interest in their plants and food. They continued to improve their skills in ranked with Phoenix, and eventually found two other team members to join Resurgence after playing Anarchy Open.

In January 2023, Resurgence participated in their first tournament as a team. In the finale, they faced against Soaring Tempest- Dove's new team. Resurgence emerged as the victor of the battle. Falcon noticed that Phoenix got quite the ego boost from winning the tournament, but didn't think much of it.

As Resurgence and Soaring Tempest continued to face against each other in tournaments, Falcon started to feel tense and wanted a change of pace. While buying gear from Toni Kensa, they offhandedly mention their tension to Ash, and Ash suggests that they form a pickup group together to chill and play ranked modes with less mental pressure on "getting results." In addition to Falcon, Ash also invited Jay and Oreo to the pickup group. The pickup group quickly hit it off, and Falcon was happy to have a chance to reunite with some of their old friends. While they don't play that frequently due to conflicting schedules and Oreo having limited stamina for ranked, the group helped reignite some of Falcon's love for ranked.

Trivia

• Falcon's favorite ranked mode is Rainmaker; they love the fast-paced nature of the mode!
  
• Falcon enjoys buying sweets from Beau! Sometimes they give him ingredients in exchange for getting to try his recipes. Though Beau lives in Inkopolis Square, Falcon still tries to make time to talk with him.
• Their favorite Pokemon types are grass, ground, and rock!
  
• Falcon enjoys photographing the progress of their plants, and has an Instagram to upload their plant pictures to.
  
• If you asked Falcon to play Minecraft, they would mostly spend it farming. Their base would be incorporated with the natural features of the biome (like a treehouse or the side of a cave/mountain!)
