A chill Freeside hacker with an odd reputation.
Although Pat’s early childhood was more of a nomadic one, now she can’t remember herself apart from Freeside. She likes to crawl out for short trips outside the city — she goes where she wants and does whatever she wants, stray cat style. But, after all, she always comes back.
She has plenty of acquaintances, but after certain events, she’s used to being on her own. She enjoys being on her own, acting pretentious and dropping references to interests that would probably look niche even in a /normal/ world where people normally have at least /mediocre/ education. After all, the lack of close connections and strange socialization will not hurt you, if you can proudly say that you did it on purpose and the things are exactly as you've planned them to be, right? Because it’s cool, and she’s the coolest rat in the burning dump they call Mojave.
Among the great multitude of things which've caught her (mostly rather superficial) attention, however, stands out a thing that she is absolutely sincerely obsessed with since her early adolescence. God, she loves terminals and other electronic devices. Love you, the soft purr of electrical kittens, love you, greenish screens with neat rows of numbers and letters that, with the proper skill of the user, open access to an infinite world of Information. And the secrets that you’d better stay away from, for your own good, if you cherish your precious little life... Ah. Not your case, I see. Well, you were warned anyway.
Design notes
● Build notes: 2 meters tall. Skinny build. Lanky; has disproportionately short torso, long limbs and rather long fingers/big feet due to her Marfan syndrome. Has bad posture (slouches).
● Very pale skin tone.
● Facial notes: Thin long face, long nose, thick eyebrows, eyebags.
● Scars: May have random scratches, but nothing set in stone really.
● Body markings: Has a mole on her right cheek.
● Hair: A buzz cut, maybe a little bit grown but still very short.
● Clothing style:
￭ Mostly many-layered casual, really loves hoodies, jackets and gloves. Often has eye motifs in her clothes, a big part of which is DIY customized. Too broke for anything fancy, but feel free to give her a cool nice suit if you want!
￭ Rarely seen without sunglasses, either black or red/yellow aviators, due to her photophobia.
● Piercing: May have a basic industial piercing in her right ear, but it's a very optional thing.
● Impression: Very performative And cool urban gremlin 💋
● Weapon notes: May have any random old firearms she's not attached to at all and is not good at using it anyway, only keeping them for self-protection [for intimidating looks, mostly]. Also has a pocket knife. Uh, and a lighter, of course, if we count such stuff as an oddly specific self-defiance weapon as well.
● Feel free to draw him with body hair and generally not-perfect skin if it fits your artstyle!
● There's no need to colorpick from her references, just try to keep the approximate colors/shades ratio recognizable and you cool.

Light or moderate gore is allowed, feel free to place her in dangerous situations, just avoid fatal injuries like losing body parts and breaking bones. I'm also okay with stylized gore [candy/fruit/flower and neon blood kind of things]
Meme/joke art if you have something vibing with her on your mind
Artistic/not sexualized nudity is 100% fine!
Drawing her with cigarettes/alcohol/weed/some in-setting drugs [mentats or med-x, which is pretty much just morphine]
Eating something
Swearing is fine, but please avoid slurs of any kind.
Colors and style experiments, including light design simplification, alternative palettes or anything like this, just make sure you keep her recognizable. I'm absolutely cool with eyestrain, glitches and any post-correction effects, go ham!
In general, well, you have artistic freedom until you conflict with already written information! I'm really curious to see your headcanons unless it doesn't cross her canonical lore!

It depends
I'm really *not* into pride flag-centric art. I don't mind respective pride flags being included as idk patches/pins on clothes for modern/second half of XX century versions of her, being overall small like colored heart or smth or being used as overall palettes for drawing if you feel like it, but pride avatars or the whole background being pride flag image is not really my cup of tea.
AUs — I'm 100% cool with references to these media, modern aus and survival stuff like zombie apocalypse aus maybe. Other aus/crossovers/etc are 'better ask first' (not if we're pals though, have fun however you want if we know each other <з)
Suggestive stuff is cool as a part of ship art with characters I pair her with [mentioned as their current/ex partners or just in ‘yeah you can ship them’ kind of context], as for bunny suits and stuff like that or 'sexual' posing
I'm only okay with shipping our OCs if we know each other and I'd still prefer to be asked about it beforehand, k?

Hatespeech/hateful topics are, probably, Very obvious thing, but. Still. And please please don't use slurs towards my ocs/in art for me in general, no matter how reclaimed they seem to be to you [i count words like slut/whore as well and I won't elaborate].
Please try your best to avoid major design mistakes and drawing obviously out of character things — stylization is fine, though, I'm talking about drastic change of body type or skin tone, hair texture, erasing notable facial features and so on. Just read the design notes, I’ve mentioned all the important things to keep in mind there.
Overall, don't erase characters’ identity. Don't change gender, race (and species in general, unless I specifically asked for it) and sexuality of the character.
Fetish art, even if overall SFW.
Very cruel and graphical gore with character going through fatal injuries like losing body parts.

The two've known each other *for ages* and although it's hard for her to believe that constants like this can exist in her ever-changing and unstable life, she's endlessly grateful to her girlfriend for still being there for her. Pat loves Val dearly, yet she can't get rid of the thought that she doesn't...deserve her affection? She knows she's unkind, and that doesn't usually bother her much, but not when she's around the Nicest person in her life. It's just. Hard not to compare, you know? And her sad sad eyes sometimes are just...They don't make her mad like any other person's pitying look or words, not anymore. But Val is, like, the last person to whom she wants to look weak or pathetic. Egh.

What can I say here, Pat's very (embarrassingly) attached to Jack. She's the one Pat knows she doesn't need to hide her ugliest sides from, knowing that Jack not only won't freak out, but, in fact, will actually understand her? Or, at least, she won't judge. Which is very appreciated. And very indulging in bad habits, which doesn't really seem this bad when shared with someone else :)

Ah, a little weirdo is her younger brother. Well, adoptive brother, technically, but who cares really? Don't let their frequent bunters fool you, Pat adores Jeremy and actually *cares*. So. Needless to say that both of his out-of-the-blue disappearances from her life made her worry. Especially the last one. But it's not her job to fix other people, and it's his life after all, so. Yeah. She just hopes the wasteland would be as kind to him as it's capable of being to anyone at all. Wherever he is now...Or if he still, well, *is*.
