The aspiring frumentarius, doing his very best to keep his recently-achieved place at the top of the food chain
Lucius doesn't particularly enjoy violence or support legion ideology. The thing is: he doesn't mind it either, until he profits from it and sees perspective for himself. He doesn't stand for anything, in fact, he's the opportunist at it's ugliest. And this is exactly what makes him this horrible as a person.
Design notes
● Build notes: 190 cm. Tall guy of average build.
● A somewhat tan skin
● Facial notes: Rectangular face shape, average (straight-ish) eyebrows, straight nose with rather sharp tip, has pronounced sharp fangs. May be drawn with eyebags.
● Scars: [to be specified old scar]. May totally have random scratches.
● Hair: Dark brown short hair of straight texture, with shaved temples and nape. Usually combed back, but theoretically he may have fluffier bangs sometimes.
● Clothing style: He's a great fan of all-black fits, also when he doesn't wear his legion gear he likes to dress like a fancy/dandy gentleman. So, uh. He likes dressing like some evil CEO.
● Impression: Unkind. There's something off about him, despite him smiling almost all of the time. He gesticulates a lot, which *could* theoretically make him look more nice and lively, if only it wasn't so obviously theatrically in it's nature.
● Weapon notes: He prefers melee weapon, like knives or machete. He's okay with smaller guns/revaulvers as well. He likes sneakier stuff he can *hide* if he doesn't want to draw attention.
● Feel free to draw him with body hair and generally not-perfect skin if it fits your artstyle!
● There's no need to colorpick from his references, just try to keep the approximate colors/shades ratio recognizable and you cool.

Light or moderate gore is allowed, feel free to place him in dangerous situations, just avoid fatal injuries like losing body parts and breaking bones. I'm also okay with stylized gore [candy/fruit/flower and neon blood kind of things]

Swearing is fine, but please avoid slurs of any kind.
Colors and style experiments, including light design simplification, alternative palettes or anything like this, just make sure you keep him recognizable. I'm absolutely cool with eyestrain, glitches and any post-correction effects, go ham!
In general, well, you have artistic freedom until you conflict with already written information! I'm really curious to see your headcanons unless it doesn't cross their canonical lore!

I'm really *not* into pride flag-centric art. I don't mind respective pride flags being included as idk patches/pins on his clothes for modern/second half of XX century versions of him, being overall small like colored heart or smth or being used as overall palettes for drawing if you feel like it, but pride avatars or the whole background being pride flag image is not really my cup of tea.
AUs — I'm 100% cool with references to these media, modern aus and survival stuff like zombie apocalypse aus maybe. Other aus/crossovers/etc are 'better ask first' (not if we're pals though, have fun however you want if we know each other <з)
Suggestive stuff is cool as a part of ship art with characters I pair him with [mentioned as their current/ex partners or just in ‘yeah you can ship them’ kind of context], as for bunny suits and stuff like that or 'sexual' posing
I'm only okay with shipping our OCs [IDK WHY WOULD YOU he literally sucks but k whatever] if we know each other and I'd still prefer to be asked about it beforehand, k?

Hatespeech/hateful topics are, probably, Very obvious thing, but. Still. And please please don't use slurs towards my ocs/in art for me in general, no matter how reclaimed they seem to be to you [i count words like slut/whore as well and I won't elaborate].
Please try your best to avoid major design mistakes and drawing obviously out of character things — stylization is fine, though, I'm talking about drastic change of body type or skin tone, hair texture, erasing notable facial features and so on. Just read the design notes, I’ve mentioned all the important things to keep in mind there.
Overall, don't erase characters’ identity. Don't change gender, race (and species in general, unless I specifically asked for it) and sexuality of the character.
Fetish art, even if overall SFW.
Very cruel and graphical gore with character going through fatal injuries like losing body parts.

What Lucius 'befriended' was a mountain of muscles, a good chain dog, a helpful instrument, but never a person. Still, it's fair to say, that Romulus is the closest Lucius got to a friend. He feels safer when he's around, which is an obvious thing, and he do find his loyalty a bit flattering, but even this things aside, he's just used to Romulus always tagging along. It wouldn't be very nice if one day he'd decide to prioritise his own life for once and leave him, right? Haha, what a ridiculous assumption, of course he will not!

Lucius is (unintentionally) very much a reversed Jeremy [the opposite is fair as well], which I find Very funny. They don't really interact in the plot, not yet at least, but you are absolutely free to make up stuff, I find their cursed doppelgänger potential too hilarious to be ignored :D

● Inspiration [kinlist]: Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg, Jax, Professor Moriarty, Scar, Loki, Prince Hans, Edmund Pevensie, Kludd, Alex Krycek. Timon also, if he was really really fucked up. And, unfortunately Draco Malfoy would be rather accurate either, due to his loser show-off villain type.
● He has a habbit of 'lazily' stretching syllables. He also tends to finish sentences with 'right?'
● He either smokes or just 'chews' cigarettes a lot. Almost the way Valerie does with sticks/blades of grass, but it's only cigs in his case. He's sooo masculine and cool, he's a marlboro man

● He's Lucius the Second, because, uhh. There is Lucius-named character in legion already, who is. Basically, Caesar's bodyguard. Who I forgot about completely amd im not sorry about that because legion sucksss. Lucius didn't know about him as well, but he really wanted to have this name for some reason, ever since he was a kid, because he believed it would sound more impressive and would 🤓 better reflect who he is 🤓. So when legion guys would be like, uhh, hey, wait a minute, we already have Lucius. So he would just improvise his way out of this awkward situation pretending to know about it and just be a mad Lucius fanboy who just wants to share a name with him as some sort of sentimental lucky charm that just maybe will lead him to the same greatness as well. And they just let this made-up bullshit slide. And he is still cursed to bring up his fake fanboying towards a dude he doesn't give a shit about, so that legend would stay believable enough.
