Oskar's Comments

Questions from forum game:

Would he prefer a different less gendered title rather than sir if he knew of one?
Has he ever fallen for two or more people at once? Has he ever fallen for people while in a different relationship? Does he sometimes lose feelings? If not, how does he (if he does) become distant from people?
Has he ever dated anyone? If so, has he gotten cheated on? Has he ever cheated on someone else, purposefully or not?

tysm for the questions! I had a fun time answering them!

Would he prefer a different less gendered title rather than sir if he knew of one?
> In the universe these characters reside in, ‘sir’ is a unisex title bestowed unto those who have been knighted. So, no, he’s alright with ‘sir’.

Has he ever fallen for two or more people at once? Has he ever fallen for people while in a different relationship?
> As for the first question, yes he has! Oskar was briefly involved in a polyamorous relationship and had strong feelings for both of his partners, although he ended up leaving the relationship because he felt like he couldn’t hold a candle to the relationship history that the couple had that predated his involvement. He then summarily decided poly relationships weren’t really his thing. As for the second question, he’s never fallen for someone while in a different relationship because he only has eyes for whomever is captivating his heart at any moment in time. A good word to describe Oskar would be “faithful”… or “clingy”.

Does he sometimes lose feelings? If not, how does he (if he does) become distant from people?
> Feelings can sour over time but Oskar never really outright loses them. He may choose to move on when things aren’t really working in either of their best emotional interests, but even with relationships that have ended disastrously, he tends not to hold resentment in his heart. He tries to maintain friendships with his exes, if they’re interested. That being said…

Has he ever dated anyone? If so, has he gotten cheated on? Has he ever cheated on someone else, purposefully or not?
> Oskar has been cheated on before—twice—and definitely resents the bastard that did it. Because of that relationship, he kind of has it out for bards as a whole. Unfortunate, because he’s really got the soul of one. Oskar would never so much as dream of cheating on a lover—that’s just not how he operates.
