Jabber is the child of the King of Dreams. Despite their title and safe upbringing, their life has been lived in constant stress to live up to their fathers high standards and win his approval. But recently they have been wondering if they're willing to go to the lengths they would need to do so.

Jabber is slightly taller than Mimzy, with fabric-like skin. They have poofy yellow hair that grows from the seam on their head and turns white at the ends, they usually wear it in a high ponytail, but later cut it short. They have large black eyes and yellow circles on their cheeks. They have buck teeth and very slight fangs. Their clothing is harlequin inspired and they usually wear shades of yellow.

Jabber is prickly and arrogant. They act like they're the smartest and strongest in the room, yet in reality they are riddled with insicurities that they hide behind their bravado. They tend to lash out and can often be pretty mean, but they do have a softer side that only comes out around those they trust. They're surprisingly observant, often picking up on small details and are good at sussing out the intentions of others. When they manage to get close to someone, they are very protective of them, often willing to throw themself into the line of fire for that person.

Jabber was raised in the luxurious and safe Kingdom of dreams. From a young age they have been groomed and trained to be the King's right hand, yet it seemed anything they did was never enough for their father to actually give them any responsiblities. In a bid to prove themself to their father, they traveled to the Land of Nightmares with the intention to spy on the dreaded Queen of Nightmares for their father who has been telling them how dangerous the nightmares are and how the queen has been plotting their downfall for years. Yet to their surprise, when they found the Queen's hideout, it wasn't some scary fortress but a secluded manor, and furthermore, that the queen had a daughter named Mimzy who seemed to greatly resemble Jabber. Under the ruse that they are here for "research" they convince the princess to come back with them so they can gain further information on the queen. She agreed, and they set off, with Mimzy's friend Tailor in tow. As Jabber traveled with the group they've begun to actually learn about nightmares and their world, and wondering if their father might be wrong about the nightmares. As it turns out this conflict goes far deeper than they realize and they'll have to turn their back on everything they've known and believed if they want to protect their world.

-Jabber is a Sandman. Sandmen are essentially the embodyment of dreams and nightmares. There are only four in exsistence, The Queen of Nightmares, the King of Dreams, Mimzy, and Jabber. Mimzy and Jabber are the children of the King and Queen before they have a very messy split. Mimzy and Jabber are not nearly as powerful as their parents, but still possess powers far beyond any other average dream or nightmare.
