Helichrysum Moonstone

H elichrysum Moonstone is the Commodore of the Marginal Navy, and reports directly to Roseleaf Corundum. She ferries merchants in her waters safely, and takes the threat of piracy with grave seriousness.

She is seemingly unaware that the Duke has a strange playful familiarity with the blackflag Captain Ruby Fuschite, and rushes to his aid when they are rumored to have made contact.
