  PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Her sharp, gray eyes have a dangerous glint to them. Her eyebrows go from bushy and thick to an extremely thin taper at their ends.
Skin: A more dull, but darker skintone than Charon's vibrant orangish-red. Closer to red than orange, in any case.
Hair: Her thin, stringy black hair is a bit complicated to describe. The sides are shaved off but other than that, it is medium length and boxed-shape. She often wears her hair in a low pony tail.
Body type: She seems to never gain muscle or an average amount of fat on her bones. Looks fairly emaciated, especially for her height.
Special notes for Yara's appearance: As an Orc, she does have the trademarks of her heritage: having short but pointed ears, and thick protruding tusks on her lower set of teeth. Also, for these Orcs specifically, they all have tattoos-- so Yara's various tattoos are of proper custom; some are gained through social mores, but most are necessary to identify one another's origins... And some are there just due to perpetuated, long-gone ritual customs.
More often than not has her fingernails and toenails painted black [this is common for Orcs]
Her teeth look stubbed/short compared to many other Orcs.
She can often been seen wearing a large amount of kohl eye-liner in strange patterns.

Clothing, piercings: Yara doesn't wear much else beyond a white fundoshi. When pregnant, she usually keeps a cloth sling across her chest, or a large fabric that hangs over her (she likes feeling wider and overall bigger)
For piercings, she has one pair of stretched ear lobes, stretched labret-- both are dressed up with the standard black plate. One piercing on each nipple, usually keeps dull copper rings through them. Also has a nostril piercing and bellybutton done, adorning both with usually a dull copper ring.
 ... It's conventional for Orcs to bring out finer jewelries for special occasions; Yara loves her shiny bracelets, necklaces, finger and toe rings.

Mannerisms: Usually has her head tilted down in some odd facade of demurity or shyness. Looks through her eyelashes a lot.
Has a scary, toothy smile. ... To be frank, most of her smiles look double-edged and not-so-sincere.
A good frame of reference to consider her attitude and 'blow ups' is Ren Hoek from Ren and Stimpy. Calm and barely collected one moment, screaming and wild the next. lol

  PERSONALITY

• Yara has a bit of a temper [understatement] as she has constantly been cast aside in her family.
• She is extremely intelligent but due to her weight and lack of physical power, can be considered inferior to her fellow Orcs. Because of this, she attempts to keep quiet on personal opinions until she can't hold them in anymore.
• There is a saying in her clan: "If we are doing extra work when we were once done, you will find Yara coming down from her rage." She can be extremely cutting in her remarks if provoked, and if pushed to the edge she will get violent.
• Regardless of her ever-looming negative traits, she tries her hardest at anything she is tasked. And while her clan views her as inferior, it certainly isn't the case. She is above average in practically all manner of work compared to her peers.
• For some reason finds Charon to be a shining beacon in her life, and though he sometimes gets on her nerves, she can never bring herself to treat him and their children the way she treats others.
