Supposed 'evil omen' by clueless non-worshipers, this Galatome is- truthfully- just like all the others of his kind, tasked with a duty to use their magic for the benefit of powerless others. Originally-- a very long time ago-- he was known for guiding the dead after their deeds had been weighed. If this is his work now, he does not speak of it. [However, it is true that he can commune with the dead!]

To mortals, he can manage to spook with his appearance, brash attitude and rule-skirting. He also happens to be a little bitey, either in enthusiasm or in anger... And much like his fellow kindred Amor, Orias appreciates being treated like royalty of the highest order by those 'below' him. The problem is that not many know who he is anymore, and cannot properly worship him.

He's independent when given the opportunity, though, and prefers the quieter side of things, and spending time with worshipers and good believers despite his punkish attitude around literally anyone/anything else. It has gotten him in trouble more often than not with Galatome Elders and other creatures of omnipotent status (see eye patch for visual proof... and that was considered a less severe form of punishment).
Not nearly as powerful as his fellow beings. And he certainly doesn't take pride in his work. It's any wonder he has work at all!

He likes to think he has class and a worldliness about him, but that's up for debate...
