Blizzardwatcher

Blizzardwatcher is a large blue chinchilla with a multitude of distinctive scars. They are one of the oldest cats in the clan despite joining later, and is suspected to be someone that the clan has had a bad history with.

Blizzardwatcher is a very large and muscular longhaired cat who is built like a Norwegian Forest Cat. They are a blue chinchilla and have lots of white spotting. Their eyes are a brilliant icy blue and they're constantly scowling. There are lots of scars all over their body, and each one has a story that they probably won't share.

Blizzardwatcher is as tough and gruff as you can get with a tendency towards shouting and a constant scowl. It’s obvious that they’re used to being in charge, but of what nobody knows. They’re always glaring at someone and aren’t afraid to show up someone else. Frankly, they aren’t always pleasant to be around.

However, there’s a spark of goodness beneath that tough exterior. Blizzardwatcher is very good at teaching the young how to fight and how to be sneaky. They do care, but it’s hard for them to get into that mindset when they seem to used to being selfish. Plus for some reason, all the young cats that join the clan decide to adopt them as a parent. Guess they’ve got to learn how to be an actually decent parent now.

Unfortunately, Blizzardwatcher has a tendency to leap to violence as the answer. Maybe not with the young so much, but if there’s a problem they will instantly suggest sinking teeth into the problem if not actively doing so immediately. It’s what got them their scars after all.

Strangely enough, Blizzardwatcher has an affinity with water. They’re an incredibly good swimmer, and have been known to swim the Starkissed River even when it’s the middle of winter and raging. They’re exceptionally good at navigating ice and snow along with crazy currents. They’re not stupid, they won’t risk their life, but the adrenaline rush is powerful.

Sandya

Moonriver has an excellent time with Sandya. The two of them like to talk about the mysteries of life, the universe, and everything but without all that mystical nonsense. Dead cats do tell tales after all, as it seems! They really appreciate everything Sandya has done for their mate and make sure that they know that.

Menodora

IMenodora has a rather nice relationship with Moonriver. Although it takes them a while to figure out what she's saying prophecy wise, they genuinely enjoy her company. Plus she's got a unique way of doing things that gives Moonriver a lot to think about. There's nothing Moonriver loves more than a lot of things to think about.

Badar

Badar is really the only lion that Dawnglow ever interacts with, and they adore him. There is something off about his past, but it's not super important so they don't bother with it. They also end up asking him a lot of questions. Sometimes he gets a bit annoyed with all the questions, but he does his best to explain. They've never done this before after all.

Marblestar

Dawnglow and Marblestar are very, very close. They're mates after all. Despite Marblestar's neurotic and controlling tendencies, she has a very distinct soft spot for Dawnglow and treats them as an equal. She turns to them for help with decision making, and they always come at problems with a keen eye when she's overwhelmed with anxiety. Although the two bicker a bit, it's fairly common to see them deep in conversation. Dawnglow also has a tendency to fuss over Marblestar, making sure she's not stressing herself out too much despite being the leader. Marblestar appreciates it, even if she doesn't always feel like she needs it.

Dawnglow

Marblestar and Moonriver are quite close friends. Moonriver's analytical attitude towards life is refreshing for Marblestar to deal with it, and it's not uncommon for the two to engage in friendly banter. Of course, Moonriver's relationship with Duststripe has Marblestar frustrated and stressing because "that's not how it's supposed to be!" even though those two have been together for a long time. This can cause lots of issues. Despite this, the two still enjoy spending time with each other.

Moonriver

Duststripe is probably the only cat of the first founders that Marblestar has a strained relationship. Although they're friendly with each other, Duststripe's emphasis on family and emotion is contrary to Marblestar's primary motives. They keep butting heads even though Duststripe is a pacifist. Despite this, Marblestar still places lots of trust in Duststripe, enough that she'll let her mentor her son. Marblestar has also helped Duststripe through her most difficult times. Duststripe is grateful for Marblestar's support.

Duststripe

Cherryblossom is Marblestar's adopted son. He's very much a pacifist and is very skilled at medicine and healing. Marblestar is very proud of him for following his dream even though she quietly wishes she'd pursue the path of a warrior so that he'd be more prepared in case he has to take over for her. Sometimes he thinks she doesn't love him but she does. She's just not that great at always showing it.

Patchbelly

Patchbelly and Marblestar and the epitome of gay/lesbian solidarity. They're close friends and are always up for a joke or two or a deep conversation. The best sort of friends you could ever have. The biggest of dorks.

Redsky

Cherryblossom is Marblestar's adopted son. He's very much a pacifist and is very skilled at medicine and healing. Diamondglint

There's something... off about Blizzardwatcher. Marblestar just knows it. She just can't quite put her paw on it. Blizzardwatcher tends to avoid them unless another kitten shows up. Another! What's up with that? At any rate, Marblestar keeps an eye on them and is very suspicious of everything they do.

Alder

Though Marblestar isn't particularly fond of toms as a concept, Alder is one of the exceptions. He's such a driven guy, and he's such a good dad! Marblestar feels really happy whenever she watches him playing with his kittens. Plus he's got a lovely voice. She's listened in on his stories many a time, and his voice soothes her troubled soul. She loves to talk to him whenever possible.

Shadowhunter

Though Marblestar is upset about their birth, she adores Shadowhunter. They're really useful and get so much done! Their snarky attitude does get on her nerves though. All the time. Plus, they don't always do what they're told. Gah! Stupid kitten. But hey, he's good with the puppy dog eyes and he's an absolute sweetheart the rest of the time.

Hickorysnarl

Hickorysnarl is just an infuriating pessimist. Why is he like this? Could he please shut up and stop being such a grump for once? Marblestar usually sends Dawnglow to deal with whatever he's gotten into. One day that cat's going to bring a pack of foxes if he keeps on like this.

• Moonriver is the Priest of the Sky, which means that they are the primary contact between Eclipse Clan and the Lions. Most of the time they perform warrior duties and are in no way expected to be constantly available.
• As Priest of the Sky, Moonriver is expected to have no mate or kittens. Screw that, they're in love with Duststripe and have babies.
